ANA Crowne Plaza SAPPORO by IHG, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was centrally located in Sapporo for us to walk in all directions for the things we planned to see and do. The hotel had 6 restaurants. We only ate at the one on the same level as the check-in desk. The seafood ramen was fabulous!!

Overall, it was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping. The guest room is clean. The only issue we had is the over crowded restaurant for breakfast. We could not have the breakfast at the preferred restaurant because of the waiting time was too long.

Arrived late due some flight delays but enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back again.

Room is too small for triple.

The staff were very patient and nice, as well the hotel came with many amenities. The design of the rooms are also very cute, giving it a warm & cozy vibe.

Very near to Sapporo Station makes it convenient for transportation and within walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino for the snow and ice festivals.

The stay was generally comfortable, though communication with staff presented a minor language barrier. However, after clarifying requests multiple times, we successfully received a portable fan and essential oils, enhancing our overall enjoyment.

Hotel couldn’t offer the room that I have reserved and downgraded the room type and only offered a very small discount. I will never stay in this hotel

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were so many different options, including some cool Hokkaido dishes like soup curry, zangi, salted scallops, and even gratin made with Ezo deer meat. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the Subway and JR stations. Plus, there was a Honda car rental right in the basement of the hotel, so you could easily pick up and drop off the rental car at the hotel entrance. Wifi was available in both the guest room and the breakfast area, and it worked really well. The only downside was the bus to the airport. It had way too many stops and was supposed to take an hour and a half, but it took way longer, and I ended up missing my chance to buy souvenirs at New Chitose airport.

Good location, closed to the Sapporo Station. Long waiting queue for breakfast and very clean restaurant. Indoor carpark with elevator direct to lobby. Need to stamp the parking ticket everytime and need to collect a new parking ticket for everytime enter the carpark. It's a old hotel but the condition is good.

like the airport shuttle is right outside hotel and walkable distance to shopping centre and sapporo station. love the breakfast both styles. would be even better if there are more different convenient stores around the corner
