Highly recommended! Starting off your day with their excellent breakfast buffet is a must!!!! Location is perfect and special thanks for the safety we felt, we experience an earthquake during our stay but we did not panic at all, with the safety features of the building structure itself nothing can go wrong. Staff were absolutely accommodating, polite and professional!!! Room is clean, smells good, quiet hallway plus the view of the city at night very relaxing!

Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy.

Great room, great staff. There is a bus stop for airport line just in front of the hotel and runs every hour. The underground pathway is also close to the hotel, it is walkable to everywhere in Sapporo

Makes up for the age of the hotel. Hotel walls are so thin I can even hear another room drawing their curtains.
Location for airport limousine bus stop is good.

we book 2 room and stay 5 days at this hotel, Room 1219 had molds at the bathroom, and room 1213 it looked like it was no one was there for the a while. the room were very dusty. when turn on the a/c unit, you can see dust were all over the place!

It is located near Sapporo station. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the station. I highly recommend to include breakfast. They offer both Japanese and western dishes and are delicious. It’s a great way to start your day.
