Pelayanannya ramah, mereka berusaha membantu meski kesulitan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Terlihat diusahakan ada 1 orang staff di front desk yang bisa memahami dan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris. Toiletries lengkap dan kamar selalu dalam keadaan bersih dan rapi setiap hari. Dan disediakan hair dryer dalam masing-masing kamar. Harga kamar terjangkau.

Close to Gion station and 15 minute walk to Hakata Station (Hakata Old Town) only bad review for the hotel was mold in the bathtub and ac was constantly on and off making you waking up with sweat if you have blanket on or cold when you don’t have the blanket.

Very near to the subway station and easy to find out. Room was quiet and enough space for 2. Bed was very clean and well settled. Breakfast was served at the neighbor buliding and it was not bad. One thing I was regret was there were not a Big Bath.

Todo bien. El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de estación de camión y de subways. El cuarto en géneral está cómodo, buen clima que si enfría, ducha con agua bastante caliente que se puede regular a tu gusto.
