Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate but a few extra pillows would have been appreciated.

We liked that the hotel was modern and the staff very friendly and very convenient.
What we didn’t like was the room size it was a lot smaller than anticipated.
Comaparing sizes on the internet it was saying it was similar to another hotel we had stayed at and that may be true but the extra space was in the bathroom where you don’t need it.
We found there was no space to put your bags.
Ok for a one night stay but no longer.

仙台、郡山なども宿泊しましたが、大宮は更に快適でした。バスブースが独立して、ゆったり寛げました。１つだけ、洗面台の水流がかなり弱い。高層のせいか、ただしバスブースのシャワーの水流は問題なく、一点のみ残念でした。
