We loved this hotel! The onsen was awesome and so relaxing. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The only concern we had was that the pillows were so hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, this is a great hotel! It is so close to Sunshine City, a huge mall in Ikebukuro.

The breakfast was great, and the facility had a great sauna. The room condition is old but pretty clean. The only big uncomfortable thing was that when I checked in, some of the staff women who spoke English didn't help or explain at all. She pointed at the check-in machine even though they had an information sheet about the hotel. She didn't tell me, looked angry, and made me uncomfortable, but I saw her smiling at a Japanese guest by that time. However, other staff members are pretty kind and pleasant.

Overall a pleasant stay . Love most is their complimentary coffee in the lobby . Their breakfast buffet is good , lots of choices , with friendly staff . Fresh Jammies every other day .

Our stay was amazing! The onset was very relaxing and everything was super clean! This hotel is also very central to major stations and lots of things are within walking distance. I think our only thing to note is that the pillows are a bit on the harder side, but other than that our stay was very comfortable!

Wonderful hotel that was conveniently located to many shops & restaurants while also highly walkable to Ikebukuro Station. Area was quiet & safe. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, amenities were generous & the restaurant was excellent.

While the hotel room is small, it’s all you need if you are spending most of your time exploring. The hotel was clean and had amenities readily available and staff were great. Our group also took every advance of using the Onsen as it was an equipped with a bath, sauna and cold plunge.

Overall, the inn is excellent but the room w a full bed size for 2 was tight. No where to really spread out and unpack luggage. However, we managed. This room would be adequate for 1 person. We could not get a larger room as the inn was fully booked.Reccomend booking a larger room for 2 people.
