The staff are amazing the rooms are way to small and the pillows were horrible

The staff was lovely and made sure our 2 rooms were next to each other without even asking. Quiet and clean. Pillows were very uncomfortable, maybe “classic” pillows would be great.

Room is clean and spacious. Location is good too.

Staff very courteous and helpful, hot spring bath was lovely. Comfortable stay in a neat town that doesn't break the budget.

Great hotel. I may continue to use them in the future if they are available in my travel destination locales. Basic amenities are always available at the ground floor. Staff was friendly. Onsen was practical, but most importantly, it has an outdoor ONSEN. I only wonder if the women's ONSEN is designed differently, as they don't switch the onsen's on different days. If I did have a single complaint, it would be that they only provide (1) pillow per bed, and that the design of the pillow may not be for everyone. It's the type where the edges of the pillow have a thicker fluff anf firmness, and then towards the center of the pillow, there is a dip/concavity. I struggled to find a comfortable pillow rotation for me. Again, that's my only personal issue with the stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and checkin and checkout was smooth. The Onsen(hot spring) was good and very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was great.

I liked their onsen bath. The price is reasonable.

Dormy Inn has fun little amenities like Ramen and popsicles and easy parking and pretty good breakfast and very nice onsen but the room was very basic

Clean modern well laid out spacious room.Highly recommended.

1. Bedroom: The room itself is decently spacious. All clean and well-maintained. 2. Bathroom: Cleanliness is top-notch. Three big bottles of bodywash liquid, shampoo and conditioner are provided 3. Wifi: Excellent 4. Location: Lawson and Maebashi station is just 5 mins walk. 5. Parking: the hotel has a limited car park space. If the carpark’s full, you will be directed to park at Aquerus building, just next to Maebashi station. You get to pay 600 ¥ per night at Aquerus. 6. Things to know: Despite the fact that it looks like a three-star basic hotel, don’t let that fool you. The hotel offered lots of freebies. You can eat a complimentary ramen from 22:00-24:00. You can take complimentary ice creams and probiotic drinks (opened at certain time period) in front of bathing facilities. There’s an onsen facility if you want to have a nice relaxing hot bath. Don’t expect the hotel staff to speak fluent English here, though.

The staff's kindness, accessibility from the station, and clean rooms were all good.

The hotel seems new. The room was a good size and service good. Breakfast had lots of variety. I like Dormy Inn because of the spa. This time the water bath was way too cold and outside bath too hot. Other customers complained about it. I won't stay with them again until they fix this.

3mins walk from the station, very convenient. Super clean, high quality standard and very spacious room. Stayed in a "Moderate Twin" room with two beds and even plenty of space for a couch. Hotel also has an onsen, which I did however not utilize since it's summer and hot enough already.

Good location. Pillows were a bit too firm though.
