The breakfast was fantastic and I hadn't even realised it was included in the cost which was extremely reasonable anyway. The washing machine and dryer was a major bonus when travelling and were cheap, quick and easy to use. My only complaint was the bathroom was tiny and not practical There was practically nowhere to put toiletry bags or toiletries. The available space was at the the back of the toilet and that seemed very inappropriate and unhygienic. If there was a better bathroom there would be a 10/10 score.

The one thing we hadn't realised was that the bed would not have access from both sides, but my husband is nimble so we managed! I am very short so getting in and out of the shower was...interesting...but I managed!

Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing city!
Everyone was lovely and so much is offered by the hotel. Great breakfast. Origami instructions and recommendations for exploring the city.

Hotel is an old hotel. We had a triple room and they added a third bed to room so we had no space for stroller and one suitcase. Beds were hard so were pillows and we loved that. They provided slippers, excellent face wash, shampoo, conditioner, pajamas. There is kettle and fridge in room. Downstairs there is free coffee and tea between 15-20 (didnt like). Breakfast is very basic, but they did have bread and jam and milk and cornflakes for the kids. No option to open window, air in the room was awful even though there is AC. Its an OK basic hotel but we wont stay here again and dont recommend it.

This is definitely a budget hotel. Nothing wrong with the property but very small rooms and really basic. We walked to a restaurant and felt unsafe for the first time on our trip.

Really happy with the hotel given how budget-friendly it is. Clean and spacious room with a view to the streets, 10 minutes walk to the Hiroshima train station, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area, 20 minutes walk to A-bomb dome. The breakfast is included and with decent quality, the staff is very friendly and helpful, free tea and coffee throughout the day is nice. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and it has gone through a name change and renovation. It’s very modern and worth it with the buffet breakfast. Room is one of the larger rooms with a queen size bed. I would stay here again on my future stays in Hiroshima.

Only real concern was that the bathtub wasn't sealed up against the wall. I'm scared to think of the mold and dirt down there. Otherwise this is a pretty great hotel. One weird (but not that big a deal) is that there was only one regular plug available in the main room

Property was pretty much as described. However, the bathroom was very small and not ventilated at all, so the room got very steamed up after using the shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location adjacent to yagenbori (the red light district). Very close to trams and busses at Kanayamacho.
Also, don't lose your keycard. They charge 1000 yen for a replacment.

I liked the fact that it was not too far away from the shopping areas and covered markets and it was walkable from Hiroshima station. It would have been nice to have had some instant coffee in the room each morning. Free coffee in the afternoon in the lobby is nice though.
