This hotel was really good, the location is nice and the staff really are helpful. Everything is new and clean. Make sure when you book you request a nice view ahead of time, my one complaint is that I did not have a very inspiring view.

Beautiful property right in the vibe of town down. I felt safe to walks around in the early morning and I loved the downtown feel st night. Boxes breakfasts were a real treat as we set on the patio and watch the volcano explode

デスクの上に細かいゴミがたくさん残っており、掃除はちゃんとしていませんでした。
また、毎日午後から夜になると下水の匂いが廊下と部屋に充満し、耐えられない匂いでした。新しいホテルとしてはかなり厳しいかと思います。鹿児島市内でこれまで15ヶ所前後ホテルに泊まってきましたが、最低ランクです。

新しいホテルというのもあってとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。
レストランで子供達の食べれそうな食事が有るともっといいと思いました。
ホテルに宿泊する前にカスタマーセンターに電話をしたがホテルのスタッフに問い合わせて下さいなど、対応があまり良くなかった。

L’hôtel est vraiment très récent et moderne. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable.
Mention spéciale pour les grands lits très confortables. Nous étions 5 dans une chambre familiale pour 6 et l’espace était très bien avec de grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la ville et sur le côté sur le volcan. Le système de clé avec Qr code (ou code simple) permet à tous les occupants d’avoir une clé pour la chambre (la photo du QR code suffit) d pratique. À une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare ou 10 minutes de la station de tramway la plus proche. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant au 13eme étage (trop haut de gamme pour nous et petit déjeuners Onigiris simple) mais la vue sur le volcan doit être magnifique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

チェックイン・チェックアウト、さらにはドアの解錠までがQRコードで完結できる点がとてもスマートで良かったです。
お部屋は一般的なホテルとは違い、アットホームな雰囲気があり、落ち着いて過ごせました。洗濯機には乾燥機能もついていて便利で、キッチンには調理器具や電子レンジ、ポットなどが揃っており、自炊も可能でした。洗面所も清潔感があり、非常に快適でした。
一方で、シャワーの高さ調節が固くて扱いづらかったのが少し残念です。
朝食は味も見た目も素晴らしかったのですが、バイキング形式ではなかったため、少し物足りなさを感じました。
また、チェックアウトもQRコードで行う必要がありますが、その案内に気づかずにホテルを出てしまう方もいるのではと、少し不安を覚えました。
驚いたのは、受付のスタッフが非常に少人数で対応していたことです。ただ、それでもスムーズに運営されていたことに感心しましたし、このようなスタイルのホテルは今後ますます広がっていくのではないかと感じました。

酒店附近多餐廳 但以晚上開門為主
進房是使用QRCODE ,不用怕不見KEY CARD.
但 check out 時需要上13樓自行 將QR CODE 再scan check out, 步驟簡單的， 只是位置有點不便
如在地下大門樓層都有設備自行check out 更好
