This hotel is a gem and it's close to a train station. The hotel provides all necessities including basic toiletries and extras like razor, hairbrush, etc. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and cozy, although a bit small in size. Breakfast is available but it's in a to-go form. Laundry's available for free but they only have 2 machines so it can be quite busy. They do replace the towels everyday but don't refresh the room unless requested. The hotel is quite affordable too. Overall, great place!

The staff has been really helpful, also they change towels everyday. The bad side about this is the 4 people room is just way too small, we even have to put our luggages outside the balcony in order to have more room to walk around inside the room. The train station is just too close that the noise of it was really loud and disturbing.

In general, the hotel is very good, clean and tidy, the only problem is that it is too near to the JR station, when the train passes the station at night or very early morning, it's a bit disturbing.

Stayed here on last night in Tokyo, to facilitate ease of riding the Skyliner to Narita. Not as close to Nippori Station as I thought/hoped - it’s much closer to Nishi-Nippori - but smooth 10-min walk there (don’t take Google Maps suggested route, though). The room is comfy. Was attracted to loft layout and it didn’t disappoint. Very efficient property. Front desk lady was SUPER nice; I liked the keyless entry system; there are ample restaurants and convenience stores nearby; the Yamanote line will get you to Ueno or Ikebukuro quickly. I probably wouldn’t make this my main hotel for a whole stay, but I’m glad I booked it for the final night.

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The space definitely isn’t as big as it looks in the pictures but it is still a great size compared to most Tokyo hotels. It is nice to have the toilet separate from the shower so two people could use those facilities at the same time. Having the little kitchen with a larger mini fridge and separate small freezer was nice plus a microwave. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and although there isn’t much storage, in our room there was space to store luggage and such under the bunk bed. We stayed in a two bunk bed style room and liked it a lot. The neighborhood is quiet so there aren’t as many options of food and stores but there is a combini, drug store and McDonalds close. Staff was super friendly and welcoming and knows enough English to get by. I would stay here again!

This hotel room was *way* tinier than you'd expect from pics. I think several reviews note this and I ignored it - hahah! I don't regret ignoring it because despite the tininess the design is so amazing that it was nonetheless comfortable and very efficient for the four of us! The bunk 'floors' (that's the layout we had) had room to lay out our carry-ons next to the bed. There are hooks plus a coat closet. The toilet room is separate from the shower room, which was clutch. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but they also weren't the worst. Very clean. They make it easy to grab anything you need or maybe forgot (like a toothbrush or a razor), and they're very nice! The only reason I took away a star is because - why on earth would you change the thermostat to HEAT on 80!!! when I have it on the very lowest setting and on cool?!?! Ugh - it took so long to cool the room down again so that we could sleep comfortably - I had to open the 'patio' door to do so. In doing so I discovered another great thing, though - they've done a great job insulating from noise! The location is right next to the trains, which is a huge plus, of course, in terms of getting around the city to wherever you want to go, but could have been bad for sleep - it was never even noticed until I opened up the door to let the cold air in. All in all - a great place. I will say: I would never stay here in the summer, I need to sleep *cool* and the A/C wouldn't go lower than 73 Fahrenheit

*Very* cozy. Stating the place is small is an understatement. We were a part of 4 and it was like playing sliding puzzle whenever someone wanted to go to the bathroom, kitchen, or entry. You say this is part of the japanese cultural experience where a lot of things are very cozy. It was pretty expensive for the space but it is very clean, has everything we needed (except personal space), and very friendly service. I would recommend if you are a party of 3 or less and of average size.

Location was so great for accessibility to public transportation especially for the train system. Noise from the train or city living was not very noticeable to me and my family who stayed there. Most of the time we went out to explore and slept in comfortably when we returned to the room. Everything was clean and a nicely constructed space to make use of bathroom and kitchenette. Storage was minimal but enough for 4 people.
