子どもと初めて利用しました。チェックインアウトもスムーズで、お部屋も清潔でした。
タオルやバスマットも宿泊毎にドア前にて交換、無料の製氷機、コインランドリーも4台ありました。
朝食は2日同じメニューでしたが、満足です。駐車場スペースが狭いですが、台数がなくなることはなさそうでした。近隣にファミレスや薬局なども多数あり、便利でした。
幼児と大人1名の2名で予約したかったのですが、大人2名でしか予約できず、3歳未満も宿泊費を大人分として請求されたところの柔軟さはありませんでした。

部屋はリノベーションしていて新しいが作りが古い。お風呂とトイレが別だから選んだが、脱衣所がなくトイレを通らないとお風呂に入れない。
エアコンも集中管理で暑いと言ったら窓を開けて下さいと。窓開けたら洗面所やトイレまで行けなくなる。
壁が薄いのか、廊下や隣で子供が泣いてる声が聞こえる。

1.日本人ではないスタッフのせいかチェックイン時の説明がわかりづらい。
2.チェックインの際、フロントデスクでやり取りしている間、他の客が横からあれこれ聞いてきたり、マナーがなっていないのに、さばけていない。
3.カードキーを一枚裸で渡され驚いた。しかも、横からいきなり目の前に置かれた。最初は他の客がチェックアウトのために乱暴においたのかと思ったくらい雑なやり方。非常に不愉快。
4.朝、フロント前を通ったが、挨拶しない。
結構年配のホテルマンらしき方だったが、朝食会場に向かう私をまだ追っているものの、何も言わない。ホテルに泊まっていてのこういう体験はしたことがない。
規模的にもホテル名も場所柄にしては立派だが、ソフト面は残念なホテル。
