A perfect hotel for family vacation. Location is great, near shopping malls, restaurants and supermarket. Free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney sea and there is airport transfer. Perfect!

Very good hotel slightly outside the main city centre area but still only 20 minutes on the metro.
Rooms and public areas were very clean and of a high standard.
The bar had an excellent view over the city and was a great place to spend an hour or two in the evening.
Easy travel from Haneda airport as well.

Checking in was fine. It was quick and the desk clerk was helpful.
Checking out took an excessive amount of time. All I needed was the closing statement which should show that there a zero balance. The clerk had a very difficult time processing the guests before me. When she attended to me, she didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak Japanese so it took an excessive amount of time to complete my check out process.
The property/room was clean and nice. I would recommend it to friends and I have no hesitation in returning as a guest.

Outstanding hotel !!! Couldn’t have been happier to stay at this hotel …from the location being so close to Haneda airport , we were traveling with 2 small children from NY so after a long flight it was great to be just 12 mins from the airport with the limousine bus stopping right at the front entrance. The staff was efficient and attentive the min we arrived, we had a room on the 24th floor and they took care of all our luggage. The hotel main areas are gorgeous and very elegant and modern , there are 3 restaurants and we enjoyed breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel is literally next door to a really nice
Shopping mall which my wife and the kids enjoyed, the daiba train station is right downstairs in front of the hotel and there’s a 24hr family mart outside the doors of the hotel. They thought of everything! If you’re planning to stay somewhere with your family , this hotel is definitely the one to book with incredible views of Tokyo , Tokyo tower , the Tokyo bay. We absolutely loved it !!!

Such a fantastic hotel. The room size for 4 people was brilliant and what a view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. So conveniently located close to two shopping malls and train station right outside the hotel. Also a Lawsons attached to the hotel which is great for a cheap lunch or dinner on the go. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Superb Location, right near a fabulous waterfront park and the Aqua Mall with a lot of restaurant options. The hotel didn't have any vegetarian options in their onsite restaurants and hence had to go out looking for meals. Otherwise, the stay was fabulous. Not having vegetarian options was definitely upsetting, but we managed.
