The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very strategic in front of the entrance of Hakata station and bus terminal. The hotel is very clean. There are coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and convenience stores on the 1st floor. Really recommended.

The hotel was near to the Hakata Station and shopping malls. Easy to travel from to other places via bus and subway. Nearby there is a bus that goes straight to the Fukuoka Intl Airport. Facilities ate well managed, and friendly staff

Nice location with easy access to and from the airport via bus. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean bed with limited room size but has everything you need including amenities. I would recommend this hotel for small traveling party.

Thank you for the excellent service. We accidentally booked a smoking room and the staff were pleasant and eager to help us move to a non-smoking room. No extra charge either. Awesome service. Great location for public transportation as well. Just 3 mins walk to the station.

The concierge told me to go for hotel breakfast at 8am as she said it will be busy from 6:30 to 8 am.
We end up going at 6:30am and it was not busy. The front desk gave me the wrong information.

Hakata Green has been our go-to Hotel option as it is conveniently located right next to Hakata Station; there are plentiful of food options, bars and shopping an extensive food hall & supermarket. It is everything you need for a tourist. It is also well-connected by Metro to the popular shopping district Tenjin and walking-distance to many local attractions.
