Enjoy a clean stay with very friendly staff in a great location: walk to Aeon mall & Shinagawa Seaside station (closest). For popular hubs like Shibuya or Shinjuku, you must transfer to another rail line.

Excellent place to stay. Train station Shinagawa Seaside across the street. Clean, quiet, safe and good places to eat nearby. Stayed 4 nights and would book again. Takes some understanding of train lines to locate. Once you learn your routes, all good and if you have internet connection it helps 💯

There are no convenience stores or restaurants near the hotel, I recommend buying something before checking in if you arrive late at night. During the day, there is a shopping mall nearby, but walking in the dark or in the rain can be quite inconvenient. It’s rare for a hotel in the city center to have no dining and cafes options nearby. However, the view of the harbor from the room was excellent.
