Henn Na Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay

It was very convenient to getting to the Disney parks and it was so wild being checked in by dinosaurs!!! We didn’t get breakfast included but we did pay enjoy 1 breakfast, it was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!!

It’s kitschy and really meant more for families going to Disneyland, which is within walking distance. The restaurant attached is only OK, but there are restaurants and convenience stores very close by. I didn’t have any issues thankfully, because other than cleaning staff I saw no one. The automated system actually worked surprisingly well.

This is a Robot-run hotel. We weren’t quite sure what to expect but it was an interesting experience. General processes and overall set up works, but if you have unusual requests or need help with something it is not intuitive.

The front desk is unique and funny! Really near to Disneyland and convenient place to stay

Kids loved the dinosaurs and robot in room. Staff are quick to come out and help if any issues doing self check in or any other issues. Plenty of shops nearby and easy to get transport to Disney area.

Booked 2 twin beds for our stay with a 3 year old. They even got us another bed in between. It was super comfortable.

Very nice and cool hotel where dinosaurs are checking you in. Great location, especially if you are heading for Disneyland or Disneysea and don't want to spend a fortune. The room was a bit small but very clean. The lovely staff had even squeezed in an extra bed for our kid. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this hotel

Unique robot hotel. Staff is extremely helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Free shuttle bus service to and fro Maihama Station.

The dinosaurs are fantastic. Hotel is extremely clean, the diner was delicious and the 7-11 & Lawsons were so convenient!

Property is in peefect location, shuttle was excellent to Maihama station with easy access to Disneyland. Convenience stores located nearby. Very quiet and clean, shower was excellent also.

We debate staying at the Disney properties or the hotels on the monorail, but ended up with Henn Na in part because of price, but also the novelty of the place. The novelty wears off - it's a small hotel with small rooms (typical for Japan), and the dinosaur theme is only present in the lobby. But it is fun seeing the dinosaur robots every time we walk through the lobby. The check-in robots can automate your check-in, but only if you're prepared, as they can't really go off-script. It asks you to type in your name, and it has to be the exact full name you booked with or it will summon a staff member to complete the process with you, which kind of breaks the fun. It's too far from Disney to walk, in my opinion, and the shuttle is infrequent. But the #9 bus stops right outside and will get you to the monorail station in about 5 minutes, so that's what we did most of the time. There are restaurants and convenience stores very close to the hotel. They make a big deal about their in-room robot, but we couldn't get it to do anything reliably. Novelties aside, it was a clean, friendly, efficient hotel and we have no complaints. Would recommend.

Much better than I expected! I was a little worried since I read the last reviews during booking but everything turned out to be great. The facilities were clean and convenient.

The property was fun as dinosaur robots check you in. I didn't like how you had to write your details onto an electronic form with your finger. A keyboard would be better. I have no idea how anyone was ever going to read what i put in. We only stayed on night after disney visit. You can get there by bus from Maihama station.

Fantastic stay for a very reasonable price. Very close to Tokyo Disney, convenient free shuttle, multiple times there and back. If you miss it or go outside of open and closing hours, there’s a city bus stop very close, gets you there in 5 minutes. A Lawson across the street, and a 7-11 just a few feet to the left. Raptor check in was very whimsical. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Disney.

The dinosaurs experience was lovely. The rooms were small and the beds were a little bit hard.they are Clean. The staff are friendlyand the location is perfect next to Disneyland in Disneysae The breakfast doesn’t suit foreigners

房間走道很小，行李跟人會卡在一起。隔音超級差，隔壁房一直吵鬧到半夜一點，讓我們很難睡。其他都還不錯，交通非常方便，但希望接駁車可以多一點。 另外，還可以提早先把行李寄到飯店寄放（入住當天）真的很方便！
