LG Steam Closet in the room is a life saver to sanitize jacket and clothes. It’s close to 2 main metro lines and walkable to Ginza shopping area. Tsukiji market is also super close. The snack and drinks provided during afternoon and evening are wonderful. Staff are very nice.

Hotel tem excelente localização e bom custo beneficio, o quarto que fiquei para 3 pessoas é muito pequeno, pois é adaptado, com um sofa cama bem desconfortavel, se for para 2 pessoas é ok. O cafe da manha super simples, apenas cereal, suco e uns paes, mas também estava ok.

Small hotel. Tiny rooms. Tiny "breakfast" area consisting entirely of prepackaged snack foods. Reception is automated (be sure to speak with the automatons!). There is a phone to call for assistance and a human will come.

We rented 4 rooms for 8 people. We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Henna na Hotel Ginza. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to the subway stations. The staff was wonderful. Would highly recommend staying there.

Hotel was good. Rooms are fairly large compared to most in Tokyo. Bathroom was a little small but manageable. There was a steam closet in room, which was great for clothing freshen up. There are 2 stations within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants, multiple convenience stores and a grocery store close by. The Lobby has multiple lockers for luggage, should you need to store prior to check in or check out. There is a lounge area that offers breakfast & beverages throughout the day, including a mix your own cocktail at night. There is a scooter hire located directly outside hotel too.

Great location with everything you could need close by. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Cereals, fruit and pastries. Coffee and juice. Free spirits in the evening. Room was clean and quiet. Recommended.
