Friendly and very fast service at check-in, comfortable rooms, breakfast menu with dozens of types of food and drinks Japanese and Western style. The location is in the middle of the business center, from and to the airport there are bus limousines at very affordable prices, only Rp. 54,000 per person. Highly recommended hotel.

I loved the location and beautiful hotel.
I do not like that you had to use pay to use the pool which should be free to swim. I was dissatisfied with that. It should not be a spa service to swim.

The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly.

Booked a twin room - but was provided with four singles - which were really comfy but it meant the room was really crowded as it wasn't designed for a four-bed configuration.
Decor was tired and dated in the room and hallway etc particularly the carpets and not what I was expecting for a Hilton.
Was also not expecting to have to pay (3800 yen per adult) to access the swimming pool...
Overall, pretty disappointed with the stay and with the price paid for what is supposed to be a five-star. hotel considering that price paid.

The property was not what I expected for a 4.5 star rating from guests. The breakfast was cold and dinner buffet was very poor and the food average quality. The staff turned us away when we wanted to sit in the cafe area and have a late night coffee. I felt like you were just a number not a valued guest

Everything was good but what was disappointing is that you have to pay extra to use the pool. Everything you want to use the pool, they charge you for it. Disappointing given the pool is advertised and not part of their standard facility

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet bteakfast has variety to choose from, has traditional Japanese as well as western. Hotel amenities were good as well as service, however the hotel looks old and needs a revamp. Bathroom walls and floors have spills and splashes, cleaning could be better.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We loved the suite with outdoor bathtub, excecutive lounge with breakfast and cocktail hour, beautiful lobby and views. Great nearby shopping and green space. Convenient to airport and subway station. Excellent helpful staff. 5 stars!!

The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool.
