The staff was kind and accommodating, while also being upfront about minor issues. The shower on my floor didn't have hot water, so they let guests know immediately, and were upfront about the 10 pm curfew to go through the front door, but still having the back entrance to allow us in if we stayed late at night.

住宿地點離上野站非常近，附近有兩條地下鐵站以及DAISO和AEON超市。走直線距離可達東京大學以及阿美橫丁，住宿的空間算大，每天可拿一組備品，不過沒有電梯所以拖行李箱會需要自己搬運。

The location is quite a bit of walk with luggage. I booked the private room. Be warn, it is private but not sound proof. There is a big opening above my door I assume for air circulation. So you wont be able to talk or listen to media freely. My room is beside rows of capsule beds. Flimsy folding door, no dedicated AC or air circulation, air purifier was counter effective: filter filled with dust, water well was moldy. Because it was summer, some demographics can be particular smelly from sweating making the room hard to bear. Ac was not blowing into my private room unfortunately. I was on the top floor, no elevator. good workout for me. Those with mobility barriers, perhaps request a lower floor? Clean bathroom and toilet, comfortable. Very good blow dryer! The lounge is good. what you would expect, place to chill with AC. I like the communal Fridge. The water system could improve.

Definitely serves its purpose as a place to sleep and a place to put your stuff. Ueno park is a 5/10 minute walk, Asakusa is 20, and there’s plenty of transit options nearby. The pods are not entirely comfortable, but they are fairly spacious. The shower room is a tad awkward layout wise. Staff were very friendly and made efforts to speak to me in English which I greatly appreciated. There’s a 7/11 around the corner where I got decent and cheap meals from and ate in the lobby which was great.

歯ブラシ、ボディータオル、ヘアブラシ、耳栓、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディーソープのアメニティあり(2024/09現在) フロントのメガネの男性の説明が丁寧ですごくわかりやすかったです。対応もよかったです。女性専用フロアはロックパネルが付いてて安心でした。ベッドルームは足も伸ばせて寛ぐにはちょうど良い広さでした。布団の薄さが少し気になったのと外のガサゴソ音は結構聞こえます。(そのための耳栓ですね) シャワールームはシンプルで必要最低限のものがあって清潔でした。コインランドリーは洗濯と乾燥一体型で洗剤も自動で投入してくれるタイプで地味に助かりました。ただ、2機しかない且つ一回に60分は時間とられるので他の人が使っていたらしばらく使えないのでそこは注意が必要ですね。ラウンジは電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、ウォーターサーバーがあるのでご飯には困りませんでした。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは500円かかりますが大きさ問わずなので大きな荷物持っていたのでとても助かりました。全体的に値段の割りに過ごしやすかったのでおすすめです！
