The hotel was exquisite! Comfortable beds and modern decor. Extremely comfortable. We got breakfast with our stay and we're so glad we did. What an amazing spread! The only thing lacking was juice. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

朝食ビュッフェは最高だった。
が、それ以外は正直微妙。プールあるのにタオル借りれない、1枚でお風呂とプール兼用か小さいタオルでお風呂に使うか。
多分もう行くことはないと思う。
もう少しお・も・て・な・しの精神があれば。勿体ない。
近くのアクティビティとかそういう一覧もなかった。他のホテルならあるのに。
売店に関して16:00~21:00はないでしょ。
完全ホテル側都合の営業時間。
ビュッフェとラウンジは良かったんやけどねー。ここまでアンバランスだと料理作ってる人が可哀想。
ここまで求めるのが間違ってるのかもしれないが。
朝食ビュッフェは本当に美味しかった。ご馳走様でした。

エレベーター来ない問題はありますが、二年連続で利用させていただくほど、気に入っています。スペイン村、海水浴、鳥羽水族館辺りは30分以内で着くのでどこへ行くにしても便利だと思います

宿泊料金もお値打ちで、全体的なコストパフォーマンスはよいです。他の人の口コミ通り、エレベーターの混雑やチェックイン時の行列は改善できればなお良いと思いました。一階のトイレの蓋が故障していたり、もう少し清掃が行き届くと快適かとかんじました。

以前同系列の和歌山を利用し、オールインクルーシブがとてもよかったのでこちらに宿泊を決めました。基本は同じ感じでしたが、少しずつ違う点が良かったり悪かったりでした。
ラウンジのお酒の種類が少なかったのとおつまみ・お菓子がこれといってなかったのが少々残念でしたが、テーブルや椅子が十分に用意されていた点はゆっくりできてよかったです。
大浴場前のフリースペースでは補充式のウォーターサーバーしかなくすぐに水切れになっていて残念でした。雪見だいふくと冷凍みかん、ブドウがありよかったですが長蛇の列でした。

エレベーターは3機しかなかったので食事時には渋滞で階段を使って降りる人がたくさんいました
ビュッフェもどの順番に並ぶのか どうやって回るのかがわからず、ウロウロする場面も(私達以外も)ありました
1番残念だったのが 夕食の海鮮です
イカの刺身を食べているのにマグロの味が……こんなに美味しく無いと思ったのは初めてでした お酒が含まれている料金だとはいえ とても残念。
お風呂も温泉だとはいえ 土日だったからか人が多く芋洗状態 ドライヤーとか 化粧水とかもあって いいと思ったのに……
