Good place to stay. Close to train station. Room was very good, large by Japanese standards. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Located in a small Japanese covered shopping street close to Okayama station. Good sized room with typical Japanese high standard of cleanliness. Front staff both very professional and friendly. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine every evening in the lobby.

Great location… comfortable room for couple. Quiet and sound proofing. Rooms are located on 6th and 7th floor. Onsen and breakfast lounge located on 7th floor. Plenty of great dining options and malls within 500m of hotel. Definitely preferred option for next trip.

Great location by the station. Easy to get around town. Plenty of food options all around. Service was good. Bath was lovely and spotlessly clean. Room was small and tight. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable sleeping for us both.

Unfortunately gym hours were very limited (main reason I picked this property)
Checkout time was also surprisingly early. There are signs placed around the hotel with various rules, which is common in Japanese culture. However, the language used lacked hospitality :(

On the wall at the desk ,a mirror woud be good since in bathroom there's not much space for cosmetics etc. for make up. Would be also nice to have a bedside ltable with a lamp&clock.

Love the location of the hotel, it’s only a few minutes walk from the Shinkansen station and BIC is just next door. Staff is very very helpful. I left my earrings behind and they were so kind as to arrange for it to be mailed to the next hotel I was going to stay in!

Very basic hotel rooms with minimal space. Very convenient to the train station which is why we chose it - we used it as a base for several bullet train trips to Himeji, Hiroshima, etc. The bathroom door is an odd and significant step up. A definite fall hazard for kids or elderly. Very nice laundry facilities. Heat and AC controls in Japanese only (and completely non-intuitive) so even with Google translate we were never able to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Front desk staff was the least helpful/interested in whether or not we had what we needed out of all the hotels we stayed in Japan. Would not stay there again.

駅近で、大浴場あり、女性専用棟ではシャワーやトイレ、洗面は共用でしたが清潔でした！近くにはコンビニや飲食店も多くとても便利でした。
