The rooms are on the small side compared to US hotels, but normal for a Japanese business hotel. We were only in our rooms for sleeping so this was not an issue. It is in a good location close to the Sensoji temple and the restuarants in Asalusa. The Ginza subway line in a short walk away, which made it convenient for seeing the rest of Tokyo and the surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and the rooms, hal;ways, and lobby were clean and well-maintained.

The place is great! We love that it’s only a walking distance to a lot of the attractions and you also get an amazing view of the tokyo skytree from afar as soon as you come out. The staff have been very kind and hospitable, they took care of us very well. The only thing is that the room is a bit small, our large luggages cannot be fully opened in the room we stayed at, but the room itself was pretty ok!

Great Hotel if you are visiting Tokyo. Short walk to Senso jii Temple, night life and food. it locates in a quiet and clean neighborhood. it has washing and dryer machine down in the lobby and they even offer us free umbrella to use during our stay because of the rain. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is in Asakusa which is a great location to stay. Though far from Shibuya, it provides great shopping options, dining options, attractions and very convenient for getting around. We love that its not as crazy as Shibuya but still has everything you need. The hotel rooms are on smaller side compared to other hotels we stayed in but its very clean, beds are comfy. Decently prized as well. We got connecting rooms so that's a good bonus.

Very clean room and lobby. Staff is helpful. Location to shops and restaurants are convenience. Expect a very small room but everything else is great, so the room size is acceptable. Thank! We enjoy the stay very much.

Great location and a gem of a hotel! Helpful staff, everything was clean and they were great about holding our luggage after check-out. The only drawback is that the washroom was very tiny, even compared to other Japanese hotels. But even that was a minor thing and did not take away from a wonderful experience

Stayed in an interconnecting room booked on Expedia. Perfect for families. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms. Good location. Easy flat walk to metro and Asakusa. Very quiet. Stored our luggage on arrival and departure day. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

We loved our stay at Ann hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were very clean, it was quiet at night, and it was very walkable to attractions and public transport. There were great amenities in the lobby and room as well. Also, the beds were not as hard as some people said. Harder than typical American plushy beds, sure, but not super hard. There were only two “downsides” I would say. If you’re used to regular American-size hotel rooms, be prepared for a very small room. Also, the WiFi was ok at best, often cutting out. But since we spend most of our time in the city, it wasn’t too big of a deal.
