Great stay. The breakfast choices are rich. It's right across Skytree where plenty of shopping and dining options exist. The area also has many walkable neighborhood restaurants that serve great food with authenticity. Subway ride can be a bit long depending where you are going, but that also makes this a great area where you are mingling more with the calm locals than the rowdy tourists.

I came to Osaka with my mum and bro and we got the premier triple room,hotel was nice and clean and smelled like a new house. If your a group of three you should probably get a room with more square footage cause for us it was a bit small but we still enjoyed the room, free water in the lobby beds are nice and firm. The 7-11 and Lawson right outside was very convenient. I’m not good with reviews but I will be coming back in the future

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We were unable to get a mattress topper and they were unable to provide us with additional pillows (and a blanket). The original pillows were super low quality and uncomfortable comparable to other hotels in Japan. The buffet looked good online, we pre paid $1700 yen/day when we arrived the food was nothing like what we expected. We gave our slips back and asked for a refund, Expedia was awesome (gave us some credits) but the hotel refused to refund us. Wouldn’t stay again. Location was great though. 20-25m to universal, not 10 minutes as thy advertised.

Really nice hotel, stayed for 4 nights as a base this side of Japan before moving across to Tokyo. No issues whatsoever; was expecting more of a language barrier but some of the staff speak way more English than I speak Japanese, so no problems- not that I would expect Japanese people to necessarily speak a foreign language in their home country anyway! The only downside I would say is the breakfast doesn’t offer too much choice , but I was happy with scrambled eggs, toast and coffee, so it was’t an issue for me.

Very good value room in a great location! Staff were friendly and very helpful (bonus unlimited free water at reception)
However - BIG negative was how dirty the room was, every surface was covered in dust (large clumps of dust on the carpets and on window ledge) was so bad on my allergies I had to sleep in a face mask. Such a shame as everything else was great!

This is my 3rd time at this hotel so it must be good. It is a modern hotel with helpful staff.
Hotel is 2 mins walk from exit 5 of Kitahama stn.
The rooms are spacious for Japan with excellent comfortable bed and quality bedding. Bathroom had bath and small wet area for power shower.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my Japan trip! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson right next to the entrance. Despite being so central, the hotel is on a quiet street with plenty of nearby food options.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great free amenities, including unlimited bottled water and paid laundry facilities and luggage forwarding services. The rooms were spacious comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.
The only downside was the breakfast—it’s not bad, but given the price, you can find better options outside. However, if you’re in a rush, it’s a decent choice.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Japan!

Nice hotel that was a few minutes walk from the train station. A little further walk from the other train station that connected to the airport or bullet train but overall convenient. The 7-11 is across the street for breakfast if you don’t get the breakfast option at the hotel.

Location is actually pretty good, because its right beside Kitahama metro, allowing for easy travel to Umeda or Nipponbashi.
Room size is pretty good and the amount of hidden food places here are pretty good too. Do try out what the locals eat here.

Location is very good, 7-11 and Lawson right across from the hotel, metro station K line is a 3 minutes walk. I appreciate that the hotel provides bottle water in lobby. Room is spacious from Japan standard.
