Spacious rooms (considering the price point and location). Clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Bath/Shower and standard toilet all very clean.
Very helpful and welcoming staff making check-in a breeze. Was able to drop off luggage early as we ventured out to Hakata for more food and shopping.
The hotel was just around the corner from Hakata Station taxi stand so made it very convenient for us as we left at 6am to start heading over to the airport. Smooth self-check out process at the machines (it takes your room keys back and makes sure no outstanding charges).
There was a vending machine, microwave, and coffee machine in the lobby (we also had a coffee machine in our room, but not all the rooms had one).
Will definitely consider this hotel for future stays again!

Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi - Guchi1 is our go to hotel in Fukuoka. It conveniently located next to Hakata Station where you’ll find everything. Buffet breakfast is good and there is unlimited coffee. Rooms are small but not tiny.
I was however surprised when we were checking out and the front desk reception told me we could leave our bags which was unusual. Days before a lot of people had left their bags and we were expecting to do the same. I had to insist with the front desk reception saying we are a frequent customer of the hotel and who the reluctantly took our bags for safekeeping, initially insisting we come back for it after 2hours when our flight is still in the evening. The hotel eventually took our bags.
One guest hurled bad words at the front desk lady who was insisting that their bags be kept at the train station pay locker. Unusual for a hotel.
No reason for initially refusing to keep our bags. Maybe they can revert with a response on why they were refusing to keep the bags.

The staff and the amenities ( face steamer , massage cushion, hair dryer, umbrella ) is above and beyond. The location is the best of all. Near the jr hakata station. The staff are very accomodating. What i dont like is the towels are plced in a box on the bathroom floor besides the trash can which i dont find hygienic.

Friendly and helpful staffs, very clean room, enough space for two persons, extremely good location for all kind of public transportation. Abundant good local food restaurants near by. Coffee machine in the leaving room. Counter for bringing-in meal and wash and dryer machine in every floor. Checking out in a minute. Certainly will will come back soon again.

Nice clean hotel with highly capable staff who can converse well in English. Room may be small but the comfy and clean bed makes up for it. Located steps away from the train station? It is really convenient. I will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is close to Hakata Station. Can go to JR, Shinkansen, Subway. Very convenient. Can be entered directly behind the hotel At the back of the hotel is a familymart. There is a restaurant in DEITOS open from the morning. Can have a comfortable morning hand Check-in and check-out system are fast and easy. There is a staff. Just suggesting it, but we can press ourselves on the screen. Get the room number and key card details from the device When checking out, just insert the key card back. Can leave luggage at the hotel and then check in When we checked out and went to sleep in another city one night, inform the counter that tomorrow will come back to sleep again. He also left the bag. Actually, the hotel price is a little over budget, but I got to reserve the discounted app so it's in the budget and can get a bigger room than the first hotel to book.
