Very close to Sendai station. Easy check in and out. Staff were always available when needed and very helpful.

Lovely hotel! Very convenient and short walk to the station. Love the free afternoon and late night snacks. 7/11 store is right beneath on the ground floor with private access. Room size was comfortable for 2 people. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our luggage kept before check-in was delivered to our room we checked in. We were impressed by their thoughtful service.

10 mins walk from east exit of sendai station. Onsen is simple, bf is good with excellent variety of either japanese or western, and must be booked on check in. Bed and room quite comfortable

A beautiful new venue with the added value of being convenient to the train station. The front desk team are remarkable. Their level of service are comparable to any hotel in the world. My only note not positive was being unable to have breakfast in a dining room that was empty.

Grand Bach Sendai was a fantastic choice for our stay in the city. The hotel’s blend of modern style with a serene, classical atmosphere made it a welcoming retreat. Located about an 8-minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s conveniently situated while still offering a quiet escape from the bustling city. One of the highlights was the onsen onsite – a great feature that added a touch of relaxation after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the water temperature was noticeably too hot, which made it difficult to fully enjoy. That aside, the rooms were comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. Grand Bach Sendai provided a perfect mix of comfort and accessibility for our visit.

Overall a very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Great location for the station, though on the opposite side of the station to the majority of restaurants and shopping areas. Only real downside is only two elevators for the whole hotel so sometimes you have to wait a bit for them! A very minor thing all things considered.
