The property is old no option for non smoking and everything smells of smoke

Asked for non-smoking rooms, which apparently just do not exist. They smelled so terrible. It smelled like somebody was smoking in the room the whole time. They wouldn't give us a new room, and just said to use the air freshener, which also smelled. It was also pretty darn dirty. The beds were super uncomfortable. But, the location was excellent.

A very traditional hotel experience. Tatami floors, futons, yukatas, and a very nice bath! Free tea and hot water in the lobby as well. The rooms are huge, especially compared to your standard Japanese hotel.

Proximity to Sapporo station and it’s value for money. Majority of Japanese speak little English and hotel staff included

Check-in time 3 pm. Check-out time 10 am. No exceptions, as usual in Japan.

I stayed in the western style room for three nights. the mattress wasn't comfortable and seems a bit old. Wi-Fi available in the room. the Japanese breakfast is ok. they run free shuttle to the train station in the morning.

I stayed from Oct 21-23. First night it was tatami style room with shared bathroom outside. The room itself have a washing basin so you can wash your face and brush your teeth. There is public bath on 3/F. 2nd night I stayed in tatami style room with bathroom. The room has quite a lot of space. Overall if you are on a tight budget this is a great place to stay comparing to similar price capsule hotel. You get your own room and private space. It is close to the Odori station / the closest station is bus stop station which is within 5 minute walk.

hotel stuff were very kind. we got free rental bike and kids had really fun. Japanese style bed was very comfortable. so many good restaurant and shopping area close by. very convenient.

This is a standard clean and nice hotel. Though the staff speak limited english, they were super helpful and always assists us to the best of their abilities. The location is slightly far from the Sapporo Station. However, it is near to Susukino where there are many food choices. There are several convinence stores nearby as well. The room is slightly squashed but considering the price we paid, it is not that bad. Overall, it is an excellent budget hotel. Recommended for people who wants to keep their budget to a minimum.

必要な物はひと通り揃っているし、場所も良い 大浴場のタイルが剥がれたのを置いてあるのと、配管が気になった

大浴場、サウナ付きでリーズナブルな価格で助かった。

部屋が広くてきれいで使いやすかった

シャワーを使ってたらシャワーヘッドからホースが抜けた。部屋をチェンジして頂けましたが、その部屋も蛇口から水漏れしてました。残念です。

建物は古いですが、清掃などはしっかりしているかと思います。 遅い時間のチェックインだったのですが、丁寧に対応してくれました。

건물 전체는 냙았지만 청결하고 깨끗했으며 목욕탕도 따로 있어서 객실에 여러명 숙박할 경우 유카타도 있어서 목욕탕을 이용 하기에 편리하고 편안했습니다 접근성도 좋았고 바로앞에 시장이 있어 구경도 할수 있고 5분거리에 편의점도 있고 공원도 가깝고 조식도 신청할수 있으며 애머니티는 1층 프런트 옆에 구비되어 있어서 필요한 만큼 자유롭게 이용가능핬고 객실에 슬리퍼가 있어서 호텔안에서 신고 다닐수 있어 좋았습니다 단지 딱 하나 배게가..ㅠㅠ 너무 딱딱해서 바디타올을 배게 위에 깔고 잠을 청해야했습니다 그외는 전부 좋았습니다 세탁실도 여탕 남탕에도 화장실이 따로 복도에도 있고 목욕탕 안에도 있어서 급할때 편하게 이용가능했습니다 아들과 남편 3명에서 재패니즈룸에 3일간 숙박했는데 3명다 덕분에 잘 자고 잘 쉬었다가 갑니다 담에 삿포로 오면 무조건 하시모토호텔에서 숙박 할 겁니다 직원여러분 친절한 응대 감사합니다

部屋にトイレ　風呂が付いて無かった

畳が新品で良い香りでした。

観光にはちょうどいい場所。ただ、大人の男性が楽しむような飲み屋街までは少し距離があるので、歩いて大人の飲みがしたい人には不向かも。 館内や雰囲気は昭和感があって、懐かしさを感じるタイプのホテル。新しさやオシャレさを求める人より、落ち着いた空気が好きな人向け。 部屋はシンプルで必要なものはしっかり揃ってる。めちゃくちゃ新しいわけではないけど、清潔感はあって普通に快適。 大浴場もあって、サウナと水風呂がしっかりあるのは正直ありがたい。ここはかなりポイント高い。ただ、大浴場の温度が夜はかなり熱めで、ちょっと気合を入れないと入れないレベル。逆に朝はちょうど良くて入りやすかったのが不思議。 朝食のバイキングは、パンの種類が少なめなので外国の方には少し不便かもしれない。料理の量も、最初からドンと並んでいるタイプではなく、無くなったら補充されるスタイル。フードロス対策なのかもしれないけど、最近の「バイキング」に慣れている人だと少し不満に感じる可能性はある。 ただ、この物価高の中でこの価格帯で朝食バイキングを提供してくれているのは正直ありがたいし、全体としてコスパは悪くない印象。 そして何より、スタッフの対応が本当に素晴らしかった。形式的な接客ではなく、ちゃんと「おもてなしの心」を感じる対応で、滞在中ずっと気持ちよく過ごせたのが印象的。 「立地とコスパ重視で、落ち着いて泊まりたい人」にはちょうどいいホテルだと思う。
