Glad that the hotel has free pick up fr the JR Stn as its a distant fr the station. Easy access for day trips around Niigata prefecture. Like the onsen hot spring available here. Good dinner!

ロビーの広々さと雰囲気がよく開放感ありました。中庭の手入れが行き届いており眺めが綺麗でリラックスできました。岩盤浴もクローズ時間間際だったにも関わらず丁寧に対応してくれて短時間でも十分楽しめました。ありがとうございます。

日帰り温泉の方が多くて、駐車場がギリギリだった。宿泊客用があるともっと良いような気がする。
料理もおいしいし、岩盤浴は、とても気持ちよかった。夜は、空いていた。

「おもてなし」の心は老舗旅館という割にゼロです。
玄関へのお出迎えももちろんなく、車を停める場所もなく、案内もなく適当な説明。
その後、チェックインですぐそばに待っているのに研修生への説明でこちらに気づかないのはどうかと思う。
第一印象はとても大事なのに。
受付での説明も研修生で不十分。
さほど忙しくもない平日に泊まったのに。
あちこちに旅行するけど夕食時間をいきなり「１８時から」と言われ選べなかったのは初めて。
フリードリンクも説明なし。
夕食もお品書きにあるものが無かったり、料理の説明も無し。
この旅館の研修生は「アルバイト」なのでしょうね。
「バスタオル」を持ち帰るなとか、ふとんを敷く時に貴重品に気をつけろとか、従業員まで泥棒扱いでもう少し表現を考えるべき。
「eco」という表現ではなく、「経費節減」と書かれたほうがまだまし。
食事は「新潟」とありますが「ほうば焼」は岐阜「昆布締め」は富山の名物です。
すべてが「おもてなし」ではなく「この旅館の都合」と感じた。
名前を変えたのは以前から印象が良くなかったからでしょうか。
前日にあつみ温泉の老舗旅館が隅々まで心配りがあっただけにレベルの段違いの差を感じた。
料金はなぜか２０％の税金がつき、価格は同じぐらいでした。
「団体旅行」のバスもきていたので「団体旅行」などで安価にいくならいいと思います。
二度と行きたくない旅館になりました。

素泊まりプランでいった日が火曜日だったので飲食店か見事にお休み…海鮮楽しみにしてたんだけどな。素泊まりなら火曜日以外がいいです

大浴場もとても良かったです
歩いて行ける所で蛍が見れました

夕食は、2種の肉メインディナー懐石料理で良かったですが、朝食が和食の漬物ハーフバイキングは
少し物足りなかったでしょうか…
果物、サラダが欲しかったです。

スタッフの対応(特に食事担当の方たち)はとても感じが良かったです。
庭がとても良かったです。夜はライトアップされてて、もう少し暖かい季節なら外で座ってお酒を飲みたかったです。羊さんもいて、とても癒されました。
お風呂も露天風呂が最高でした。
でも1つだけ、部屋に入った瞬間から湿気による独特な臭いが気になりました。
