Nice property, comfy beds, larger sized rooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The property is unfortunately quite a walk away from the nearest subway station, difficult to pull luggage for such a distance. Not a whole lot in the area either.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small drawback was the parking situation, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel, in a great area (many restaurants, stores and easily accessible). The only one disappointing thing was that they didn’t give us an extra blanket when requested. I never heard of a hotel who has no extra blanket or linen…

Had a good time. Only problem was the bathroom in reception (that displays access for parents) stinks of smoke. Stunk on multiple days even after mentioning to staff. Wife opened a cupboard in there and found an ashtray!! Disgusting to smoke in a room for children.

Pros: Lots of food around. Shower and bath separate from toilet and nice shower heads. Cons: Only 2 sets of everything were in room despite having 3 guests. No way to get extra comforter even if offering to pay extra (can get extra wool blankets).

We stayed here several times and have loved it! Just this time around, we wanted our room cleaned and have put our light on to have it cleaned, and coming back to a not clean room was quite frustrating. But the next day we made sure to tell the lobby and they were able to accommodate. It is a family friendly hotel overall. We love the breakfast downstairs!
