Great location with a train station just 150 m away and Dotonbori and other areas of interest (eg. main Shinsaibashi shopping and Ameri-kamura) within walking distance (say 10-30 minutes) away. Convenient stores everywhere. There's an owl cafe next door. Korean restaurant also next door (on other side) serves a good Korean breakfast as its hard to find breakfast options in Japan as most places don't open till 10 am. Staff put our luggage into rooms as we had left them in lobby prior to check in time. Hotel is a little dated, but that's not so important. I would definitely recommend.

We had a room with 3 beds. Only stayed one night but it was good. Very conveniently located and the staff was great. The owner speaks Korean, Japanese, and English.

Its convenient but the hotel room smells. It seems the electric kettel havent been use or wipe off and accumulating dust. Not sure what it is but never again to this place.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and had all the things needed. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful every time. I would recommend it and definitely would stay again when I visit Osaka.

The staff were excellent, especially the reception lady. She was very helpful and polite. The room has no view but looking into someone elses front door, so no privacy there. The room was not cleaned properly as you could find dust everywhere. The location for excellent.

Location is amazing close to metro n Namba but there is construction going on to improve the hotel so i guess it will be better next time. Free breakfast was packed not buffet as advertised.

It’s located near the station and a convenience store. And fee for staying is cheaper than other hotels.
But if you check in after 23:00, you should wait for a few mins to enter the hotel.

Excellent location, walking distance to metro station and to alot of amenities. We had family room, which was large for Japan standards, would have appreciated a bigger toilet though and the room had a strange “musky smell “ when we walked in! (Soon went away once we had the A/C on for 24hrs….) for location alone, I would recommend this place 👍

Very nice hotel near the shopping and entertainment districtsof Osaka. Nice bug room for the 4 of us: parents and two teenage boys.
Clean and a bit dated but convenient. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel just a good midrange place.
