From the perspective of "being able to stay with our pet dog", we thought it was excellent value for money. Although not brand new, parts of the room had recently been renewed with a stylish and practical feel. (琉球 tatami is a very unique and good idea.) Our dog loved the spacious room and places to go for a walk. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Front desk staff were always gracious and accomodating. I think will visit again. It is nice and quiet. And it is a good location from which to explore areas such as Minami Aizu, Tadami, etc. Thank you everyone for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Great location in the beautiful forests of Nasu and convenient to go everywhere we wanted to go. The onsen was really lovely. If we were to book it again we would get a futon room and not the beds, which were really hard and unpleasant.

部屋やお風呂は良かったのですが、子供連れが長い廊下を歩き（走り）建物の端にある風呂に行ったり、7時前に朝食に行くのにすごくうるさかったり…と、安眠できなかった。エレベーターを長い廊下（風呂側）にもつけてもらうとだいぶ違うと思った。

電気が暗すぎます。色々なホテルや旅館に宿泊していますが、過去最高に暗いです。そして、ベットマットが硬すぎて、翌朝はかなり腰が痛かったです。又、夜寝ようと思ったら、赤ちゃんの泣き声がずっと響いて、更に廊下で酔っ払って大きな声で男性が話しているのが聞こえて、眠れなかったです。朝食は品揃えも沢山あり大満足です。体育館で子供達とバドミントンやバレーボールが出来て楽しかったです。ボールとシューズは借りれます。温泉もなかなか良かったです。

今回連泊でお世話になりました。
夏休み中なので縁日祭りが開催されていて
孫は大喜びでした。縁日の係のお姉さんはとても優しくてゲームでは練習もさせてくれたとの事でした。
アメニティーは付いて無いので歯ブラシや
バスキャプなどは持参しなければなりません。
朝バイキングビッフェは品数が多くて美味しかったです💕特に鮭の焼き物は脂がのっていて美味しかったです。
水のボトルが2本付いています。
エレベーターの近くに
電子レンジが置いて有ります。
お風呂の近くに洗濯機が置いて有ります。
残念だつたのが
洗面所の排水が詰まっていて
あまり流れなかったので
歯を磨く時気持ち悪かった。
那須の近くのサファリや那須動物王国などの
遊戯施設はホテルの受付で
前売り券が安く買えるので
出かける時は確認した方が良いです。
温泉は良かったです
