森の中のホテルといった印象のキレイなホテルでした。スタッフの方も親切、丁寧に接していただきました。廊下を歩いていると別の部屋から大声で騒いでいる若者の声が聞こえたのでイヤな予感がしましたが、部屋に入るとまったく聞こえず防音性の高さに驚きました。おかげで静かに快適に過ごすことができました。

From the perspective of "being able to stay with our pet dog", we thought it was excellent value for money. Although not brand new, parts of the room had recently been renewed with a stylish and practical feel. (琉球 tatami is a very unique and good idea.) Our dog loved the spacious room and places to go for a walk. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Front desk staff were always gracious and accomodating. I think will visit again. It is nice and quiet. And it is a good location from which to explore areas such as Minami Aizu, Tadami, etc. Thank you everyone for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Great location in the beautiful forests of Nasu and convenient to go everywhere we wanted to go. The onsen was really lovely. If we were to book it again we would get a futon room and not the beds, which were really hard and unpleasant.

今回連泊でお世話になりました。夏休み中なので縁日祭りが開催されていて孫は大喜びでした。縁日の係のお姉さんはとても優しくてゲームでは練習もさせてくれたとの事でした。アメニティーは付いて無いので歯ブラシやバスキャプなどは持参しなければなりません。朝バイキングビッフェは品数が多くて美味しかったです💕特に鮭の焼き物は脂がのっていて美味しかったです。水のボトルが2本付いています。エレベーターの近くに電子レンジが置いて有ります。お風呂の近くに洗濯機が置いて有ります。残念だつたのが洗面所の排水が詰まっていてあまり流れなかったので歯を磨く時気持ち悪かった。那須の近くのサファリや那須動物王国などの遊戯施設はホテルの受付で前売り券が安く買えるので出かける時は確認した方が良いです。温泉は良かったです

GW中だったので仕方ないのかもしれないが、朝食が激混みでだいぶ待たされた。事前に混雑時間を避けるよう勧められていたのでそのようにしたにもかかわらず。夕食無し、歯ブラシ無し、布団敷くサービス無しでこのお値段…ちょっと残念でした。夜のバイオリンとギターとパーカッションのLIVEはとても良かったです。
