部屋はきれいで快適でした。
浴室の鏡が取り外された跡があり、大きな穴が空いていたのが気になりました。
車椅子での宿泊でしたが、入口の段差があり苦戦しました。

無窗，之前係防疫酒店，回到依家感覺入住咗防疫酒店一樣，門囗隔離有一個小門囗，兩边門外門需要用鎖匙開啟，內門一推就打開，用黎送物資，有像坐牢房一樣！

部屋やベッドは広くて過ごしやすかったです。
お風呂のシャワーや洗面の水道の水圧が弱かったのが少し残念です。

宿泊地県内市街で大規模な祭りのある時期での宿泊でした。当日の残り1室で空きが出ていたので急遽ここに予約しましたが、行ってみると元々俗に言うブティックホテルからの衣替えでロビーや館内の雰囲気も独特。チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応、ホテル内の案内類も紙に書かれた物は無く不安はありましたが、祭りイベントが終わって寒い中、ホテルに戻ってからは、給湯設備面の不具合に見舞われ、祭り観覧を楽しみ、疲れをとる為の宿泊が、クレームのやり取りで消耗し台無しな夜になってしまいました。
担当スタッフは「今日の様なトラブルは前例が無いので不具合解消はやってみないとわからない」などと、困っている宿泊当事者に対し施設側スタッフとは思えない応対で、最初から最後まで「申し訳ありません」と言う言葉は聞けず、怒りを越えて呆れてしまいました。
ロケーションは素晴らしい所なので、ソフト面の対応向上が無いと、観光ホテル予約サイトに掲載されるにはふさわしく無いホテルだと思いました。

予約しているのにも関わらず、だいぶ待たされたので、やや同伴者がイライラしていた、私はカウンターの受付の新しいお姉さんと話してたが、清掃員不足を感じました、他の部屋で代用でも良かったのでは？と思いましたね
