Chambre très propre avec tout le nécessaire de toilette pour une famille de 4 . Chambre spacieuse avec une vue sur le château . Staff souriant , accueillant et disponible. Petit bémol ; l’hôtel n’a de parking cependant il y a parking public pour 800yens la nuit. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous passez par Kakegawa . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend

雙床房很舒適，房間跟床都很大，就算是情侶也很適合這間房（畢竟兩張床是靠在一起的）整體環境整潔，地點也離車站很近，缺點是櫃檯常常沒有人在，而且房間也沒有室內電話可以找人詢問，這點希望可以改善。（另外若是自駕來的話停車費要額外自付）

ペットの臭い等は何も気にならなかったが、喫煙可の部屋で入った時点でかなりタバコの臭いが気になった。ユニットバスの鏡が広くて使いやすかった。チェックアウトも手軽でカギを回収BOXに入れるだけなので、電車の乗車時間に合わせて手間なく出れるのは良いと思った。駅から程よく近くてビジネスなど一人で素泊まり程度なら丁度よいと思った。

朝食付きかと、カフェは営業していなかったので残念、少し清潔感がきになりました。お風呂のカーテンにカビがあり残念でした。でもお値段が少し安めなので仕方ないのかな？

シングル喫煙可（ここしか空き無く）の部屋で大人2名2泊10万でした。近くでLIVEがありだいぶ値上げしたのでしょう。他の日は普通の値段だったような気がします。洗面所には髪の毛。補充のトイレットペーパーの下にも髪の毛。テレビのリモコンはすこぶる感度が悪(他の人のレビューにもありましたが)。朝食ビュッフェなんてありません(記載しないで！)水はありません。受付に内線はありません(外線です)。バゲージラックもありません。この位のホテルの利用では初めて悪い評価をしました。良い評価をしている人はホントかなって疑問に思います。ファミリー向けの部屋とはだいぶ差があるのでしょうか？疑問が残ります。

GW期間で利用したが、値段を考えると十分。駐車場が通常のコインパーキングになるため、早めにチェックインして何度か車を出すと、その都度料金がかかるのは不便。
