Excellent location. We booked and stay for 5 nights. Enjoyed the kitchenette, we ask and got 2 pots and plates and bowls.
We had problems with the LAN connection on our laptop computer. So internet connection was not available all the time. Other than that all is good.

The hotel is excellent, only 10 minutes to kyoto station, next door have 24 hours Japanese fast food. and the most great experience is you can stay in Japanese style room.

7-minutes walk to Kyoto Station. From the station, you can go anywhere.
Despite the old feel of the room (also with a questionably clean rollout mattress), I really thought the room was enjoyable. There was even a little kitchen with stove! For 2-3 nights, I would recommend. In fact, this hotel was better than the more expensive ones I stayed at in Tokyo and Yokohama...much better.

location is very close to kyoto tower, kyoto station and donkiya
Room facilities are spacious and complete like an apartment
Staff are friendly and can speak English
Price is very satisfied with the price but must book 3 months in advance.
