ドアの外は屋内ではなく外気に触れる廊下です。別のマンションの廊下が目の前にありますが、特に気にはなりません。飲み物は普通ホテル内の自販機だと高そうですが、ここはコンビニより安いので良心的です。階によって窓のすぐ外が隣のビルの屋上と同じ高さだったりするので、日中部屋に滞在してカーテンを開け放ちたい人はチェックイン時に確認すると良いかもしれません。ベッドサイドに照明スイッチやコンセントがあったり、ベッドサイドテーブルもあったり、WiFiもサクサクだし、お湯の出も抜群、居住性は良いです。スタッフの方に伝えましたが、廊下は禁煙なのですが、英語表記が「ここタバコ吸うスペースです」と完全に間違えて書かれてました笑(誰も吸ってるとこ見ませんでしたが)

1. Location: very close to JR and subway 2. Dining: a number of restaurants around the area 3. In-room facilities: the window is locked(?!) 4. In-room facilities: it's an open corridor in the hotel and can't avoid air leaking, so it makes the door area real cold at night (another way to get some fresh air tho) 5. Rate: nothing much I would complain with such rate in Tokyo 6. Services: dropped off my luggage before the official check-in time, it's already in my room when I returned, typical japanese hospitality

フロントスタッフの女性はとても優秀でした。ただ掃除が雑。2つの窓枠ともホコリが。机の落ちにくい汚れや傷もメンテされてたらと思います。唯一鏡のあるユニットバスの洗面台周辺にコンセントがないのでドライヤーを使うには部屋にある延長コードが必要。パジャマはシワだらけで着る気がしませんでした。立地は駅近で大きな道路に面し、とても良いです。
