Easy to book. At that time, I got a surprise discount, so the price was very cheap. The hotel has very good service. It is near the train station, easy to travel, and is a very good place. I am impressed.

Very friendly. Near transit. Clean. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Evening complementary noodles with tea and sake also a nice touch. The view from the cafe of SkyTree was a lovely surprise. Only complaints were the finicky key. At times it took a dozen tries before my key would unlock the door.

The staff at both MONday properties were wonderful. We accidentally went to the wrong location and the welcoming team at the hotel kindly directed us the the right hotel and called the right hotel in advance to let them know we had arrived and was due there shortly. Luckily we weren’t the only family that went to the wrong hotel. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and welcoming.

Great budget stay. Twin room was a decent size for one person. Property was well maintained and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only issue was the bed which was pretty hard. Made it difficult to get a comfortable night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 8-night visit to Tokyo. The location couldn’t be more convenient — Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally right in front of the hotel, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. There’s also a 7-Eleven diagonally across the street, and plenty of great food spots within a 3–5 minute walk. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to what we’re used to in the U.S., but the cleanliness and thoughtful layout more than make up for it. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also opted for the daily breakfast and were happy with the variety and quality—it was a convenient way to start each day. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo.
