The property is Centrally located to City Center and the train station. This was especially convenient as it snowed during my arrival and there is an underground concourse that took me to the corner adjacent to the property so that my luggage was minimally exposed to elements.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. The lobby was very good for lounging before or after check in. Room condition was good

Everything was ok. We were a family of 3 with a 6 year old on a queen bed. Everything was tight in space so it was clustered. But the value was there if you want to save money on lodging. We saved money on our Sapporo hotel while splurged on our Tokyo hotel.

Hotel is about 2min to the nearest exit of Sapporo Station. A few convenience stores around the area and most importantly, a lot of day trips departs from the bus park that is diagonally opposite the hotel, which means u do not need to wake up super early to catch those buses for your day trips with Klook

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the service was great, both restaurants on the first floor served excellent food and the breakfast buffet was great too. My only complaint would be the room smells of smoke and I don’t know why given it’s a no smoking room.
