Although our stay was cut short by a typhoon, we had an awesome time during our stay. The resort is very easy to find from the airport. Very beautiful and serene location! Hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional! We had room service our last night there. Food was exceptional! Truly a great experience! Looking forward to going back!

Very nice winter view place. trees, walking roads & etc... Mostly the staff of the hotel was very kind and friendly. I can feel their concerns about our comport staing. The provided breakfast was good enough to start the day happy. very tasty!!

It was a disappointing stay. Onsen is closed. Front desk personnel were not very good at their customer service. Snowing day, no onsen, no walking around, no facility to spend time, a boring place. Room is far from car park and very small. Hotpot is placed on a stool for sitting, instead of a proper table, can you imagine? Heater is very hot even a lowest setting. Whole night couldn't sleep well as it was too hot. On the ground floor so didn't feel safe to open the window. Dinner in the hotel was limited and expensive. Drove out to have a very satisfying good beef dinner at 1/3 of the price. Regret booking this hotel.

Hotel grounds and chalet are very nice. About 15 minutes from town and shuttle service is not provided but the staff will call a taxi for you. Rental car may be a good option. Food (room service) was good but limited menu - the prices at the restaurant seemed high to me. Staff were very helpful but limited English capabilities.

We arrived at 5pm and left early the next day at 6am so unfortunately we did not get to see the cottage in daylight. But we all agreed that it was a pity our stay was so short as the cottage had a really rustic country feel that we liked. We were received warmly by the hotel personnel and we give them full marks for their thoughtfulness and service levels. We certainly hope to return.

The accommodation is in cottages that are nice and spacious, Mine was suitable for a family of four (although I was a solo traveller) and had no WiFi. The hotel has a nice lake and a large wooded park. You can take a bike ride in the hotel's park and if you are lucky you might see foxes. The hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Chitose airport and you should have a car because it is far away from any public transport. The hotel's main business seems to be wedding events and it's staff hardly speaks English. Breakfast was not very tasty although it was served by a suit-wearing waiter with a string quartet playing Mozart pieces.

チェックイン担当してくださった以外の方、とても仕事熱心で好印象です。ニセコのあわただしい中から伺ったので、静かでとても心休まりました。レストランが貸し切りだったので、ニセコのあの喧騒の後を思うと、とてもリラックス。夕食は外の方も多いようですが、食事もおいしいですし、適正価格なのでお勧めします。
