The location was so convenient! Near to Kanazawa station (walking distance) and there is an underground tunnel connecting it to the station. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kanazawa again.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, very convenient. When I arrived, I was impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The room was on the 28th floor, with an excellent view of the city. It was very spacious, with great facilities. I had dinner at the Garden House & the buffet was amazing. If I ever get back to Kanazawa again, I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Spent four nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk was friendly, efficient and very helpful with our luggage transfer. The room was clean, quiet, spacious with excellent water pressure in the rainfall shower. Our drain was slow to drain the first morning, but after we asked the front desk to have someone examine it, it drained perfectly well. The breakfast each morning was very good with a nice omelette station. We liked the security redundancies, where your room card automatically selected your floor in the elevator and was needed to exit the elevator lobby to the hallway. The lounge on the top floor had great views and perfect ice for scotch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near the main train/bus station (actually connected via tunnel) and nearby mall - loads of shops and restaurants. Nice rooms, a bit larger than the norm, with a nice bathroom configuration. Nice bar with great views located on the top floor. Highly recommend.

Large room by Japanese standards; great city view from 22nd floor; the Sky Lounge was very nice for a drink and margherita pizza. Happily at 8pm a pianist began who played soothing music Near train station and loop buses. Very helpful concierge. Luggage storage.
