Very good breakfast 10/10. Only 1 elevation is not enough, it took at least 5 min for waiting in the morning

Best location just take 4 minute walked from oita station. Hotspring bath on 2nd floor ok . Delicious breakfast and full .Front desk service& all staffs were very polite and warm welcome us.Definitely will visit again

Excellent hotel

Hotel is very convenient to the train station. Made reservations for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room.

This budget hotel is close to Oita train station and downtown area so it’s very convenient.

Staff speaks no English, very difficult to communicate.

Clean room, good breakfast, near the station, free WiFi But I like little soft bed & pillow.

Good hote, good price, it has an ofuro in the second floor and free breakfast (japanese style). Kind Staff. Really convenient hotel if you are visiting Oita. great location a few minutes walk from jr station clean hotel free breakfast

The hotel was overall quite good but the bed was extremely firm to the point of being hard. The staff were co-operative when i had to check in slightly early.Good overall except for that bed.

Definitely the smallest hotel room in my 18 day trip across western Japan, but clean & tidy. Typical budget type business hotel for the country with reasonable budget type price. I was only in Oita for one night so it was fine for a single traveler. Sort of felt like I got the foreign tourist treatment from the night clerk when I inquired about some local cuisine and he said something about McNuggets as best I could tell. Maybe he was sincere, hard to be sure. I did manage to find a decent izakaya nearby, but that closed early by JP standards, and then after also found a ramen joint that stayed open late so there are options. They did provide me with a breakfast ticket at check-in which was not expected, but I don't typically eat breakfast and did not use it.

The bed is so hard that I could not sleep well. There is only one elevator in the hotel despite there are 12 stories so you have to wait for a while to get in. The only thing I like about the hotel is cleanliness.

駅からも近いが、その割に騒音は気にならなかった。深夜2:00まで利用できる大浴場があり、湯船に浸かり疲れが取れた。朝食は日替わりでおかずがかわるようなので連泊の方にも飽きずに食べられる。ただパン食も用意されてはいたが並びの順番で一番最後に置かれていたため、気づけずよういされパン和食っぽいメニューだったので飲めなかったコーヒーがフロント横にコーヒーサーバ

駅近、幹線道路に面していますが、夜も静かぐっする休めます。

朝食も美味しかったです。 食事以外のコーヒーサービスも嬉しかったです。

大分駅から近くて便利でした。朝食は少しメニューが少なく、ご当地感がなかった。
