駅からすぐで、駅のコンビニも近く、大浴場もあり、ロビーにコーヒーのマシーンがありるのでいつでも飲めて、お部屋は小さくても、ソファーとテーブルが使いやすい配置で、とても使い勝手が良かったです。
また大浴場の混雑具合もお部屋のテレビから確認できました。今回は使いませんでしたが、コインランドリーもあり、またぜひつかいたい

このルートインは朝飯もメニューがいろいろあるし、全体的に新しくきれいで、他のルートインもいろいろ泊まってますが気にいってるルートインです。
駅前がさびしく、食事できるところが少ないのが、ちょっと残念かなと

JR桜井駅近くで便利なロケーション。部屋は綺麗で快適。大浴場もあり良いビジネスホテルです。個人的には問題点が2つ。1つ目は駐車場が自由に出し入れ出来ない。毎回400円必要になること。2つ目は朝食が美味しくないこと。品数を減らしていいので質を上げて欲しいです。

ほかの人も書いていたけれどフロントの対応は劣悪。
上から目線で気遣いや優しさなど皆無で宿泊受付しても気分がいまいちのまま。。。
やむなく喫煙の部屋になったもののバスタオルまでタバコくさくて驚いた。
朝食はバイキングスタイルであっても満足度は低め。 フルーツくらいあっても、とも思う。
これでもか、これでもか、とサービスを押し付けてきてる割には現実はそれほど良くもない。
また利用したいかと思えば「もういい、次は嫌」とも思える。
金額など最大限に妥協する、できるならやむを得ないホテルだと思った。

喫煙可能の部屋でしたが、少し換気すると部屋の匂いはすぐ気にならなくなりました。
家具の配置にも無駄がなく、とてもくつろげる部屋でした
