Hotel Route Inn Toyama Ekimae

IT was OK. Convenient location next to train station. A lot of restrains around. Room was very quite.

Convenient but too small.

The hotel room was old which would be ok with proper maintenance and cleaning, but it was not the case. Toilet has thick dirty looking stain on water control buttons which looks disgusting. There was also some hairs on the bed and pillow. From what I found I doubted about their standards of cleanliness and I felt uncomfortable to stay there.

Hotel was comfortable, close to the station, with a fantastic restaurant. Good value for money with a free breakfast included. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were typically small, especially the bathroom, but the beds were a good size. We were given a free drink voucher if you ate at the restaurant, which we did twice in our 3 night stay, as the meals were great and very reasonably priced. We were also given free tram tickets to use on our first day. Would recommend this hotel for travelers not wanting to spend a fortune on hotels, but wanting clean comfortable rooms with all the amenities.

Hotel is conveniently 5 to 7 mins' walk from Toyama JR station.Room is small but clean .Reception desk staff couldn't speak much English but one them could speak Chinese and was very helpful. The hotel takes a bit of finding as the hotel name is not prominently displayed at the entrance which is set back from the main road.Furthermore,we have to find the lift to reach the reception sited at the second floor. There is a fairly new but cosy restaurant sited next door.

Within 10min walk to JR station, the City Tram station & Toyama Dentetsu Local train as a gateway to the Unazuki onsen and other Hokuriku city like Kanazawa & Niigata. Hotel appearance is run down & infrastructure are old. Breakfast was good with balance of Japanese traditional food & western food.

エアコンが壊れていたのか26℃に設定しても部屋の中は28℃以下には下がらなくぐっすり眠れなかった。

ルートインなのに大浴場がなく残念でした

お部屋も綺麗で朝食もおいしかった。

築年数が古くて設備の古さを感じた。

チェックイン前の荷物の預かりにも親切に対応してくれました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

アメニティの説明がなかった。

ドライヤーの効きが悪かったのが残念に感じました。 お風呂と壁の隙間や、洗面台の下などが汚れていたのが気になりました。 朝食はどれも美味しかったです。

ちょっと空調温度が低い感じがした。寒くは無いけど、ちょっと冷える感じ
