This is a brand new hotel, in excellent condition, complete with all facilities including very good car parking. Our only problem was due to it being new, the car GPS did not recognise the phone number, so we had to get help by locating a shop nearby, and using that phone number in order for us to locate the hotel.
Our problem through Japan was getting someone who could understand and speak minimal English, even in the best hotels the staff could not understand the word 'ice' which we found surprising

今回の旅行中、幸い大きな街に泊まれる際はルートインを利用させてもらった。青森中央インターは新しくて魚津は古かった。そのせいで魚津の椅子はへたっていてタオルも堅かったが他は満足している。

全体的には良かった思います。
お部屋も綺麗でしたし、温泉も気持ち良かったです
でも１番良かったのはレストランの夕食です♪店員さんも楽しくおしゃべり出来て食事も美味しかったです♪
また富山に行ったら泊まりたいです。

I may have been unlucky with the room assignment. It smelled like body odor. It's the only time it's happened to me at a Route Inn. Other than that, it's everything you would expect from a nice business hotel. Nice facilities. Covered parking. Great breakfast.

近くにユニクロやGUがあり、出張の際、着替えが足りないときなどは重宝します。コンビニも近いので部屋のみも気軽にできます。駅から少し遠いですが、タクシー乗れば全然問題ないです。
