Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional.

We spent our last night here before traveling back to America. It was perfect for an evening of relaxation. They have a very nice lounge with snacks and alcohol. Outlet stores were located right by the hotel. Not a great choice if you want to go back into Tokyo given it is approx 1 hour train ride. The room and bath were the best we experienced the entire trip!

Overall the hotel, staff, location, and everything’s else is perfect, except that the food never changes the whole 7 days we stayed. Although it was very good, it could have been nice if there was at least a change in the breakfast menu after few days.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Springs Makuhari Premier. Service was exceptional, and the rooms and amenities impeccable. I needed the front desk to help me recieve a package, and the delivery went perfectly. There's not much more to say, I stayed 4 nights, have nothing to criticize, and will certainly return if I find myself needing a hotel in Chiba in the future.

Amazing property! We woke up and could see Mount Fuji from our bedroom window! Hotel is near a massive shopping mall and shopping outlet. Also can catch a bus from outside straight to narita or haneda airport
