The property was great for our 5 day stay in Tokyo. It’s a 6 minute walk to your nearest train station which is quick. You have a 7-11 on the nearby corner so great for late night snacks or morning breakfast. The property is are strict on check-in and check-out time, so do not expect an early check-in or a late check-out, we asked for both and neither were accommodated. The room is small but can be worked with if you are space efficient. The bed is a thin mattress but surprisingly comfortable did not hurt my back. The staff is very very sweet, everytime we left and arrived they greeted us with a welcoming smile. And when we departed from the hotel on our final time they came out and waved us goodbye like your loved ones would do. Very sweet touch. We would stay again.

Great hotel. The rooms are quite small, but things are intelligently designed for the space, and thankfully, the bathroom is big enough even for me (196cm tall). The staff were top notch, even by the already very high Japanese standards. Great place, would recommend.

My stay was great! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Rea helped me store my luggage for the day after checking out and was a great help! My room was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely come again :)

The mattress in the room was very thin, only about half the thickness of a standard hotel mattress, making it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Room was exceedingly small and narrow, staff were not the typical Japanese friendliness nor helpful. Also, every hotel we stayed at during this trip has a 11am checkout time except for this hotel. A little bit late check out will be hit with 2000 yen fine.

Great stay at Kanda sui .. the coffee was divine, staff is very nice, good bedding..I will be back there when in Tokyo..close to two metro lines and train.

We had a nice stay at Sui Kanda. Close to a couple of train stations and staff were friendly. The mattress was quite thin and hard. Not like a western mattress. Only 1 power ohtlet in the room which did not work.

I can’t recommend enough this hotel! The rooms are super clean and comfortable, they have complementary FREE stuff like wine/sake in the afternoon, takoyaki at night and coffee/water 24 h, and the location is very convenient (JR station just 5 minutes walking, subway like 8-10 minutes). But must important, the staff is super friendly and helpful, they helped us sending some stuff we left at the room all the way to Kyoto, so thankful for that!! Would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

The staff is very friendly & helpful. The room we had was a bit small, however they ingeniously used every inch of space in the room. There is a pop table with a stool/chair. The bed was raised enough to store luggage & the head rest has built in cupboards. The breakfast was very filling, healthy & delicious. the value of the room is spectacular, would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Tokyo. The room was pretty small but had everything that we needed. The amenities (ie lotion, face cream, bath salts, etc) that are available down in the lobby were very nice.
