Its a little far away from the kansai airport
the area around were residential so its very quiet and a little dark outside at night time.
There weren’t any nearby convenience store but they have a small restaurants around the area.
The staff were very kind and welcoming.

I just needed a room for the night because trains started too late for my morning flight. So the airport shuttle was convenient.
The room was the typical small room in Japan. It seemed clean, but I lost something under the bed, and found a lot of used tissue and dust bunnies with my headphone.

Its cheap, close to a train station, and has a free airport shuttle. Friendly staff and decent room if you just need a bed. The rooms smell like smoke though, even being a non smoking hotel.

We arrived very late and the hotel staff picked us up at izumisano station. We got the last transfer at 2300. The transfer is included in the price and that is quite a good service.
The hotel is somewhat older and partially a bit worn but nothing bad. The room was basic but clean and good for a one night stay. We then took their bus transfer to the airport the next morning at 830 which worked very smooth and we were at Osaka airport shortly before 9am.
So the hotel can absolutely be recommended if you need to get to the airport or otherwise are in need of a similar stay. As we were not out we cannot comment on the surrounding area.
The transfers are included in the price so this makes it quite a good deal.

Prompt free pick up from Izumisano station, and free transport to the airport the next morning. Conveniently located near a large shopping centre and supermarket. Room was okay, but not very clean - there were used tissues on the floor when we arrived. Walls were marked and scuffed. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Hotel was quiet, and we got a good night's sleep before our flight.

Basic but sufficient. Hot water supplied. Good aircond and shower. Very firm beds. Will pick up from Rinkutown station only. Only from 4 pm or later. Get out from Exit 5 and go down the steps/elevator to the roadside and wait for transport to arrive. Wait just at the entrance of the Bicycle parking area.
Free send off to airport or Rinkutown if booked previous day - leaves every 1/2 hour.
