Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. Excellent service from the staff - shoutout to Watabe on the reception desk who even helped us book our ferry to Zamami island. Enjoyed lunch, breakfast and a massage here for a reasonable price. Location was perfect, being less than a two minute walk from Kokusai Dori street and a ten minute drive from Naha airport. Lovely, spacious and clean rooms and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!!

The location is great. The hotel is elegant. The room is very comfortable. The only thing is that the outdoor pool is closed although it’s quite warm.

Friendly staff and always try to help you with english translation even though many of the staff struggling with the English language as well. Swimming pool was closed even though it was around 22 C.

Well trained staff made check in and out seamless and hotel was conveniently located by Kokusaidori and Heiwa Dori. The only observation I have is that the carpet was a bit worn in my room and the ice machine was six floors up. Well decorated lobby.

Front desk Staff is very helpful and professional
But beds are very small given we booked for two adults and two kids (only two small beds for our room). Also, we noticed some brownish stain on one of our bed duvet cover. In addition, we got charged for making international “collect call” in our room (we asked the front desk at check in and he confirmed making such call bear no charges )
