Awesome location walkable to all the areas you want to be in Osaka. Very clean and staff was very nice and helped with bags during check in process

The apartment was well equipped with all the basic things and price is reasonable. We were three including an 8 yr old and had a comfortable stay. Location is good and not very far from the subway station. Taxi from the apartment to Nankai Namba station costs JPY700. Area is lively and pretty safe with several convenience stores and many good restaurant options nearby.

The apart hotel unit was quite large for Japanese standards. It was nice to have the extra space to walk around and organize our things. The location was a short walk to local train stations and had some nice eating options very close by. Our only complaint is that we wish the building and accommodations were a bit nicer.

While the property was in a convenient location for trains and I appreciated the laundry and shower room with dryer setting, the photos of the property appeared outdated and staged in comparison to actual property. The couch had a sheet and towel over top covering a stain. The property was near a very loud elevated highway (bring your noise machine). The property would benefit from a few hooks/towel bar in the bathroom and extra pillows/blankets. Finally, the blow dryer works, but only in you hold it in a specific position. For the price and the standards of how Japan has been so far, I expected better.

Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store.

Spacious and walkable 10 minute walk to Dotonburi strip. Easy access to transit, ubering to other attraction in the city is 15-20minutes. Well priced for 5days stay with 5 adults.
Minimal area for improvement: 1. AC and heat was a bit hard to control 2. adding lotion on top of shampoo, conditioner and body wash would complete the whole experience.

There's plenty of space for a couple to live in and use as a nice hub for exploring the city. The convenience of being located within walking distance to Dotonbori means you can have a great night out and not have to worry about transport home. It's also really well-connected with transport links so you can get away from the area easily.
The host provided lots of clear instructions and was very responsive to any queries.
However, the property could do with a bit of a deep clean. It was clean enough to stay in, but the images didn't quite meet expectations. It's also located right by two busy roads, so it can be quite noisy, especially at night on the weekends.

The apartment itself was excellent, spacious and well appreciated.
However, the vibe of area it is located in was a bit off ( I didn't know this before booking obviously, but one of our Japanese acquaintances were a bit concerned when they heard the location), and on the dirtier side.
It's also away from most of the attractions and had to walk a lot to get to Nipponbashi station and had to transit through Namba station to go almost anywhere. It's about 20-25 mins walk to Dōtonbori as well (don't trust good me maps walking time estimates when it comes to Japan).

Great location, clean and private. Like a small home away from home. Was especially helpful there was a washing machine.
Have some very small minor complaints but nothing that were deal breakers in any way.
1. The bed was squeaky.
2. Bathtub was on the small side.
3. Unit was by the highway, you could hear motorcycles during the night.
Was a great stay, I would recommend especially given the price.

Rooms in Japan are usually smaller, so with that being in mind prior to searching, this room seemed to be the most fitting for the four of us. Although it was tight on space, that was expected and it fit us four very comfortably. We just made sure to always close our suitcases back up and keep them on the table to consolidate space when not needing it. The bathroom was wonderful, and hot water was great and always ready and available when we needed it as long as you remember to push the boil water heating button at night and in the morning or whenever you are done showering so that way it is always ready for you the next time you need to shower. This room was a great a location and easily walkable to the train station. There are many dining options near by as well. We loved our stay and I would definitely stay here again if I get to visti Osaka again!
