This hotel is located at Extremely convenient spot from Haneda airport. In the morning, they have free shuttles to the airport. The public bath house is located on 5th floor and helps you to relax for the night! I’d definitely come back if I need a hotel near Haneda airport.

Very close to the Haneda airport. They also have small hot bath. Very nice just to relax in a hot bath before flying off. The building is very clean like a new building. Room quite spacious. V

Lack of personal contact. Check in via a machine. Hotel is close to public transit options. Breakfast okay but lacked fruit and cooked egg options. Laundry was excellent as were the public baths. Overall would recommend as a good option near Haneda Airport.

Small, essential room for airport stay. 10 AM checkout. Good transportation to Haneda Terminal 3 (especially the Monorail -no need to cab). Can be a little hard to find lobby. Good location in Innovation City for variety of stores. Automated check-in and check-out. Decent price. OK for layover night at airport.

Coffee and tea service was only at the front entrance and we must bring the hot cup to our room while carrying our bags and suitcases. I didn't like that. There was no cold water service.

It’s a hotel that doesn’t want to be found. There are no signs anywhere. There is a hotel with the same name (except for Innovation City at the end of the name) across the road which is very visible and making things more confusing when you are trying to find this hotel.

The hotel is modern and is, overall, nice. Bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers; great breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs; sausages; fried chicken; meatballs, pastries, yogurt, corn soup, salad fixings, coffee, tea. A couple of things to not. When looking for a hotel, I checked the “airport shuttle” filter. Unfortunately, the shuttle here is only from the hotel to the airport - not from airport to hotel. We had to get a taxi to hotel. The hotel is one the second floor of a complex of hotels and shops - it was a bit of work to figure out where the entrance was and wear an elevator was. Check-in was complete automated but there was a clerk on duty. Staff we interacted with were great! We would stay here again.

The entrance was not easy to find. Its on the second level of the complex. We arrived in a rental car. We drove around a few times to find an illegal spot where we dropped off the luggage and then carry all our luggages up the escalators / lifts and then walk a distance before finding the lobby. What a hassle especially if you travel with kids. We had to rush back to the car after check in and hopefully didn't get ticketed. The room is small. Check in and Check out are through Kiosk, not good if you prefer some human interactions. Its far from the city, not very convenient to main tourist attractions. This hotel is only good if you want a quick stay close to the airport, and only if you don't have much luggage and travel alone.

I asked for the taxi but they didn’t help me at all. We have 4 suits cases and receptionist suggests use stairs and it was impossible to go. That suggestion was such a ridiculous idea. I felt that there was a lack of hospitality and was very unprofessional.

Close to train station. Great for a luggage drop before exploring in Tokyo. Far away from a lot of the action, but perfect for a route to Tokyo Disney after flying into Haneda.

Very conveniently located close to Haneda Airport = great. New, very clean room. Not great = There’s another Keikyu EX Hotel not 200 meters away that’s more obvious than the one in “Innovation City” and walking between them was awful because of road construction.

It’s close to the airport but a bit confusing to navigate for someone brand new to the area/here for an overnight layover. There’s a shuttle that goes from the hotel to the airport (and not vice versa) but it’s important to follow the signs precisely and use one specific elevator in the hotel lobby (there are other buses that go to the airport so it’s confusing).
Breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

Our experience in this hotel was too short to tell as we only stayed here for a night and left the next morning for our flight.
Check in was easy through a kiosk provided.
The room was as expected; the bed was comfortable, and it was clean.
There are laundry facilities and a bath area. There are also dining restaurants outside the hotel, pharmacy, convenience store etc.
You can see the runway from the area too…
It was nice so far. Would totally come back
