Keio Presso Inn Shinjuku

Good deal for the price in Shinjuku, next time I am definitely not staying in the Shinjuku area as everything is higher priced. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was very small but again for the price it was sufficient. All the staff were all very polite and friendly!

No instructions in the elevator, Room Key sensor is hard to see and very low. 6:30 am breakfast makes it difficult to get to early appointments but I liked the buffet style breakfast. One escalator is poor, you need two (one up and one down).

Had forgotten to take our car key and key pouch when we left the hotel. After 2hrs, we then remembered and quickly went back to the hotel and luckily we r able to retrieve back from the staff.

Ideal location for this first time Tokyo visitor. Easy walks to many attractions and restaurants. Convenient public transportation for longer excursions.

Enjoyed my stay. Had everything i needed including convenience store underneath for snacks. Close to Meiji Jingu (walking distance) and Shinjuku Station.

タオルなどの交換後、バスタオルの上にバスマットが置かれる。 忘れたのかと思いつつ、バスタブで拭こうとバスタオルを取ろうとしてマットに気づいた。 バスタブにかけない理由が不明。 備品などは使うべき場所に置くので差し支えない。 食事有料化の結果には十分満足。

清潔感あり、必要最低限のアメニティー・設備で、部屋は狭すぎず、困ることはなかったです。サービス感、お得感はなかったですが、フロントでカイロをお渡しできるって書いてあって、親切さを感じました。

The location was perfect

Single Room, Non Smoking - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - Closest subway station is Shinjuku Station. It is a short 10 mins walk away once you know your way around - best option to walk at ground level instead of underpass. Hotel is just round the corner from the Narita Airport bus drop off point (Shinjuku Washington Hotel stop). For Haneda airport, I boarded from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal which took me 20 mins walk with luggage to the bus platform. Room - is standard small in size so only ideal for single use. Room was very quiet on the 14th floor despite being adjacent to the main street. Shower water pressure was powerful. Bed was medium firm. Food - Did not try the hotel breakfast. There is a convenience store (Lawson) on the ground floor in the same building. Staff - Check-in and checkout are straightforward. Appreciate a staff member for providing me the printed copy of the subway map and advised me on best way to go to Shinjuku Station. Housekeeper was very friendly and attentive, despite the language barrier.
