房間舒適，食物不算太精緻，量大算可口。
工作人員有善有禮，能用英語溝通。早上旅館安排的山上看風景行程不錯。
溫泉區附近有超市及便利店，雖然景點不多，但在週邊散步的話挺舒服。
有免費穿梭巴士從岡山站直達旅館，十分方便。
最後有一點使我錯愕，浴室及溫泉洗澡區發現有曱甴，知道近月日本深受曱甴困擾，所以明白及理解，我解決後就不再出現。
另外浸溫泉時發現有松鼠出沒🐿️有趣
雖然有地方不妥善，但都推介。

一到埗就有工作人員幫忙搬行李，登記入住是還有茶點招待，很窩心。晚餐有燒蟹及和牛，好味。但早歺只可選日式或西式套餐，份量可以，但味道一般。房內的免費黑豆餅好好味，必試。

施設は明るく清潔、隅々までメンテナンスが行き届いています。今回、会席料理をいただきましたが、冷たいものは冷たく、温かいものは温かく、タイミングよく配膳され、また、量も丁度よく食事を楽しむことができました。お風呂の清潔感が印象的で、こまめにスタッフの方が清掃に入っておられ、気持ちよくお風呂を楽しむことができました。もう一度行きたいねと話しております。
