昨年宿泊し外観や施設はそれなり古き良き感じですが食事、お風呂お湯の温度も含め全て大満足だったため今年も利用させて頂きました。昨年と同様素敵な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。来年も同時期に予約します。

施設は古いてますが、清潔で快適。食事はグループごとに個室で、海鮮中心の満足いくものでした。
入った時間で違ったようですが、大浴場の湯が少しぬるかったのが残念だけど、概ね満足いくものでした。

Good value. Perfect for family vacation (5 in our family). We arrived late (7PM) called ahead and staff welcomed us. Free on site parking. They don't speak English but are friendly. Room was non smoking and had no odor. But smoking is allowed in the hallways. In room bath is clean but old. After checking in, found Kura Sushi (kaiten style-inexpensive) 4 minutes walk! After dinner we tried the onsen bath at the hotel. Men's level was clean but women's level was a bit dirty. Next morning, girls had an early bath then we checked out. We could not leave our car to go to Toba Aquarium (6 minutes walk). Still, we recommend. FYI, no wifi but had good signal for Docomo iPhone/smartphone.

Step back in time with a stay here! The hotel has the finest collection of original 1970's carpets I've seen in a long time, and the rest of the decor matches them perfectly. The room (Japanese style) was adequate, but hardly luxurious. Saying that, the room and the whole hotel were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful (despite not speaking much English), and made us feel very welcome. Wifi in the hotel would be a welcome addition.

毎回食事には満足しています。
食事は、別室で家族でゆっくりとできました。グラスの汚れが気になりましたが、他は何も問題なく、是非また、利用させて頂きたいです。

外観は決してほめられるものではなく、内部も昭和感満載で古さを感じるものでしたが、汚いという感じはありませんでした。
食事は、朝夕とも部屋食で海産物がメインで質、量ともに満足できるものでした。
駅から近く、また真珠島や水族館も徒歩圏内でアクセスは最高です。

旅館的名字不是金波肯，是錦浦樓。所以一開始讓我找不到旅館。他位在鳥羽站4號出口，但4號出口没有電梯，去時我是扛著行李下樓梯，走過一條旁邊約有七、八間海產燒烤小店，找到到位在右邊對面馬路的飯店，但一開始以為是餐廳。回程我原計劃是走一段路繞著鐵路，穿過橋下平面道路，到1號出口坐電梯，後來是先到鳥羽一番街的商場用餐，在經過2樓聯絡道到車站。錦浦樓是一間有歷史的日式旅館，公共設施有著老老的歲月痕跡，房間內有裝潢過，所以還好，下午我去時，只遇到一位工作人員，到房間已經鋪好床。有公共溫泉浴池，算是乾淨、清潔。

有點歷史的旅館...房間很大，電話仍是轉盤式的，是昭和的年代吧

駅近で立地はよいが、建物が古いために騒音や汚れが気になった。鍵も旧式なので部屋にいても不安になった。浴場の脱衣所にロッカーがないので、鍵は衣類と一緒にカゴに入れておくだけなのでとても不安で心配だった。

思ったより施設もキレイだったし、昭和レトロ感が良かった。
駅が近いので利便性が高いが、部屋の中まで電車の音が届くので、耳栓などあるとしっかり睡眠も取れると思います。

視察を兼ねて訪問、ここは鳥羽の駅からも近く、個人的には気に入っている。
お風呂も近隣の温泉からお湯を持ってきてはいるが、以前より塩素が少しきつく感じたのが、個人的に残念と感じたこと。
電車の音も心地よく、夏には海岸で上がる花火もきれいに見える特等席。（とはいっても食事に出てしまい一度も見れてないけど…）
古い旅館ではあるが、きちんと手は行き届いており、とても満足している。
