お部屋の内装が可愛いかったです。 廊下の声が聞こえやすいので気になる方は耳栓あった方がいいかもです。 少しレトロな感じが漂う綺麗なホテルでした。 立地も色んなところにアクセスしやすくて助かりました。

シングルルームを利用しました。部屋は少し狭いですが、浴室は広く快適でした。バスタブも大きくよかったです。朝食はバイキングの品数が多く大満足でした。 場所が思ったより駅から遠く、かなり疲れました。チェックアウト時に駅まで送迎バスがあると思っていたのですが、廃止になったのが残念です。部屋の椅子に背もたれがなく、リラックスできなかったのと、テレビが小さいのがマイナスポイントです。

It was quiet, but a little far from Sannomiya proper.

All the management of this hotel is very good but the TV in the room is old and the basin is cracked 😞

All things considered, decent place. There are of course better places to stay in Kobe, but we were happy during our stay there.

I was checked-in on Dec 31st and asked them for Spa. They said we are off on 31st and 1st., but they didn’t… They said lie… Then they let me make a reservation for the 1st of Jan. and after that they called me in the midnight and cancelled it without explain the reason!!! Night shift staff didn’t know English well. Most of the staff in hotel were polite, but they couldn’t explain me the reason of their strange behaviour and mismanagement. The Spa management who is a third party and out of the hotel was extremely rude, but I’m not sure who was decision taker in my story. It seems Spa services don’t work for foreigners as long as they worked well for the other rooms and guests during my stay!!! No, I’m not an ox with two horns on my head. I’m just a human, speak English and Japanese, but with different face and nationality… If you are a foreigner, please consider well before making reservation for this property…There are so many nice hotels in Kobe. They always welcome foreigners. I hope you’ll never have such horrible experience during your life. In one word, this hotel doesn’t welcome foreigners and you know what does it mean!!! Happy New Year 2022.

Facilities were pretty old, and some wallpapers were peeling off, but I don’t think I get to complain because of this low price (¥4000/night)

Staff is very helpful. Bed are comfy and breakfast is good for the price.

The hotel is clean, the room is super small but clean and new. Everything would’ve been perfect if wasn’t for the breakfast, was awful. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel so far.

The staff are very accomodating. They also ensure the cleanliness of our room everyday.

The standard of the hotel is fine

駅、繁華街へは歩いて１５分くらいですが、無料で自転車を貸してくれるサービスがとても便利で助かりました。フロントではヘアアイロンも無料で借りれるのでわざわざ持っていく手間が省けて有り難いです。部屋に電子レンジがあればもう最高なのですが、まぁ２階に自動販売機や電子レンジがあるし、近くにコンビニも沢山あって不便はありません。また利用したいホテルです！

Tiny room with the hotel about a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya station. Good laundry facilities but a tired & outdated hotel. The air conditioning was turned off in the hotel & only heat was coming into rooms so it became quite uncomfortable. The staff were friendly though.

This is a really convenient hotel for the station (Sannomiya) and was great for us for the sports stadium - about 30 mins total journey time via the metro. Hotel is very clean and the staff were really helpful with a decent level of English. Only criticism is the boom size but it was fine for one night.
